  as most are probably aware, on a tuesday evening there has been a regular attempt to send ian (dansk) energy, positive vibes, healing light, and prayers.

  i have to say that i've been astounded at the response (in a positive way!)..

  ian reports that it's helping .

  my the week flew by.. i can barely believe that one minute i was boarding a boat on the way to meet the sassenachs, and the next i'm back home.

  travel and work.

  the journey down was uneventful, for a wednesday.

  Our "crosswalks" look the same Eman. We don't have the zig zags leading up to them though. Kind of looks like the street painter was on something...

  The flashing beacons are interesting. We have a crosswalk 1/2 mile from here with those. They are only visible when it's dark and I don't think they are very effective. The crossing to my kids school is lighted. Very effective. You punch the button and the light turns immediately, stopping traffic. Except for the lady last week who only stopped when I stood in the road and yelled at her (she almost hit my daughter's friend) and then copped an attitude with me while I yelled at her some more. As if that would make her feel any better if she had hit the eight year old girl she narrowly missed.

  Zebra (long e) crossings indeed.

  i just turned on the tv while i eat my breakfast (late one) and two minutes ago, the mountain began a new eruption.

  so far it looks like an enormous cloud.

  time will tell what is in there.

  Core, we were watching the local news here Saturday after they raised it to a level 3 and evacuated the upper ridge. They were interviewing some of the doorknobs who were camping out hoping to see it blow. One guy they talked to actually said he knew it was a risk (he had his wife and young daughter with him) but they were Christians and if they died, they knew where they would be going. That got me hot instantly. What kind of ass risks his family's lives and spews BS like that?

  Anyway, I just got an update that they might raise it to a level 4. Where they were thinking the blast would be like (comparatively) a pencil poking through the core, now they are thinking it might be more like a baseball bat. Whatever that means...

  Carry on...just another beautiful day here in Edmonds.

  So what's this with the use of that strange word, "prolly"?

  Once again, lazy 'Mercan bums who can't take the time to say or write "probably". 'Course, I think it has a nice ring to it myself.

  Now this one is easy. Have you noticed how uptight they get over the letter Z? If they actually said "zeebra" they'd almost be saying "zee" rather (short a) than "zed".
