Glad it arrived cold this time Travis! In order to make up for the loss of the last batch, they added a bunch of Keta and King from their freezer so Steve had them throw some in your package as well.

He's off fishing one more time with his uncle tomorrow before the uncle heads back home to Cape Cod. Maybe they'll hook another big one!

Extra Special effort for Dansk

as most are probably aware, on a tuesday evening there has been a regular attempt to send ian (dansk) energy, positive vibes, healing light, and prayers.

i have to say that i've been astounded at the response (in a positive way!)..

ian reports that it's helping .

No, I can do this. It will just take a little re-arranging of my schedule, but I can make it work. I don't get back home until after 7 and then it's closer to 8PST by the time the house quiets down again.

I'm working on starting a personal training business. I'm twice certified by World Instructor Training School and American Council on Exercise. However, coming up with a name for my business is proving difficult. I was hoping some of the creative or not so creative yet willing to help people around here could give me some ideas.

My name is Rachel

I don't want anything "Princess" in the title

I would like to specialize in training people for endurance events...but I'm not going to turn people away who aren't interested in that. By endurance I mean running or walking anwhere from a 5K to Marathon, or cycling century rides or longer.

I will work from people's homes.

I just need a catchy name. Steve suggested "Hissy Fit" and said I could answer the phone "What? Bitch"

Thar she blows.............Mt. St. Helens is erupting again

i just turned on the tv while i eat my breakfast (late one) and two minutes ago, the mountain began a new eruption.

so far it looks like an enormous cloud.

time will tell what is in there.

Quite a huge ash plume this morning! They were just showing the crater on the news and how a second vent has opened up, they think the plume this morning may have come from the new vent. They also showed a new dome forming behind the big dome that has been steadily growing. The new one grew 50 feet overnight and is the size of 100 football (American) fields.
