  I applied to a university yesterday.

  after a few years of humming and hawing, i decided i would.

  it was more of what i would take that held me back then if i should go.. i'm only 28, so i'm not too far behind.

  we'll see how working full time and going to school will go.

  this was aired on a very popular cdn program called the hour with a cutie pie host - george strombolopoulus (i'm sure that this is mispelled).

  great show and an unbelieveable little video.

  it is still up on the site with over 2,000 views.

  hawkaw, if Barb or anyone else needs the magazine for research or as "ammo" I can mail them my copy, or mail it to you and you can redirect it to whomever.

  Any member of the general public who reads that article should be well-armed next time a dub knocks at their door!

  Macleans Magazine Article Sextuplets

  has anyone seen the new mclean's article (canadian news magazine) about the sextuplets and the role of the wtbts?.

  i heard it is quite revealing and hard hitting against the wtbts.

  I just picked up the LAST one at a newsstand downstairs. You guys have got to see the magazine - everyone who walks by a copy of this Maclean's will see in BLACK LETTERING ON A YELLOW BACKGROUND:

  B.C. vs. Jehovah's Witnesses.

  You can't miss it - it's the Watchtower's worst nightmare ! The link to the article doesn't do justice to how eye-catching this issue is - kudos to the editorial staff at Maclean's !

  There is also a photo of that Awake article with the pictures on the cover page of the JW kids who died because of refusing blood, the one where the WTS makes it out that these kids did a good thing by dying for the Watchtower society.

  I will scan it but don't know how to link it here to the site. If Scully or somebody else wants, I can e-mail them the .tiff or PDF file once it's scanned. I'm at work now and may only be able to scan it this evening.

  perry started a thread on evolution/atheism, which from his very first post showed an incredible ignorance of evolution and natural selection.

  axal's comments on the thread were just asinine - how all the atheists in his area were at the strip clubs fighting over women and fornicating!

  i have to say that i live in a small town and have been here for half a century, and i couldn't name five people that i know here who are atheist.
