  All I can say is I am disgusted with some of your ignorant comment on sexual abuse issue and its related anatomy.

  That very same attitude helped my child's perpetrator to rape her and 2 others. Do you know while my child being interrogated by the elders for commiting fornication, the perpetrator was raping another 14 year old at the same time? The rapist was 18/19 at the time and had free ticket to rape whoever he ran into while Jehovah's Witnesses elders intergating his victim for guilty of fornication instead. Sick!!!

  What do you know? I have been on the phone with a Social Worker/Advocate of CASA.org(in the US) all morning. Gathering some real information and professional oppinion on this issue might not a bad idea!

  Jamesmahon, I found it very interesting that you have enclosed Anonymous and its link but Candace Conti case realated links in your letter to NSPCC. The offender in here is the Watchtower not Anonymous or anyone else. Why trying to exposing and focusing Anonymous instead of the Watchtower and its crimes?? You do sounded like a TRAITOR.

  King Solomon, In general, prosecuting and convicting sex offenders especially pedophiles is the hardest thing in the criminal justice(in the US). Realistically, any movement outside of legit authorities, one can expect more Media exposure and long term effect on its target than anything. Just as has been in the case with Scientology.

  WMF, In my State, for example, in order to label anyone as a child sexual abuser: if a victim is 13 and younger, the actor is guilty of rape regardless actor's age. If a victim is 14 and older and younger than 18, actor to be 3 years older than victim.(in federal law, actor to be 4 years older than victim). That said, your example of 19 having sex with 15, Sorry whether you like it or not actor is fall into a child sexual abuser list both in State and Federal. Of course Watchtower has their own law and I highly doubt its standard on this area.

  i just thought you should know that mrs cedars has finally taken the plunge and joined the forum.

  she was able to log on for the first time yesterday.. though we both "awakened" at different stages, mrs cedars was very supportive and non-judgmental when i first began exploring my beliefs from a critical standpoint.

  she is currently in the process of reading crisis of conscience and aquainting herself with some of the facts of witness history that were hitherto unknown.

  Did you mean Watchtower policy? I am not going to post much detail how they handled our case for privacy reason. All I can say is that the Watchtower and their elders(at least here in locally) operate the business like that of Nazi or Communist.

  The elders concealed the evidence of crimes and lied to the police chief and the investigating detective. Under our(victims) demanding, the elders finally made a report(we are in a mendatory reporting State) to the authority but did so in anonymously, as a friend(not as a clergy) of father of the child. The authority never even took the report since it was done anonymously with very little information. After that the elders claimed they reported it. (good thing we reported it with or without elders appoval. I was threatned to be marked for cooperating of police investigation. My other child was even told of being disloyal to Jehovah for her cooperating with the police by COBOE. All my family suffered with PTSD and anxiety attact due to elders' vicious persecution. Their persecution on my family went on for several years and I had been marked 3 different times during those time before they finally excuted me)

  The detective was pretty upset with the elders through out. He told me how arrogont and uncooperative elders are. He said he has never experienced anything right this before with clergy. According to the detective, churches usually very cooperative and come forward to the law enforcement even before they aware of the crimes especially on child sexual abuse cases. He said these Jehovah's Witnesses elders are protecting child abuser.

  The elders and Watchtower basically impaired the police investigation in our case. There was 2nd victim, a non-JW, but moved out of the State. The 3rd victim was another young JW girl. Her parents initially was going to report it to the police and the congregation. But changed their mind after witnessing what's happening to us by the elders. The mother of 3rd victim told me there's no way they are going to allow their daughter put into a such situation with elders. Well, elders ended up disfellowshipped my child. I don't blame the other parents for their decision not to report but become inactive.

  I am not talking written theory nor statistic. I am talking real affair that involves real human victims and real human predators and general laws that designed to protect criminals than victims. That is a hard reality!

  Why should anyone like Anonymous after the Watchtower? It's Watchtower's long overdue homework not mine.

  In the US, I understand it's illegal to posting victims(regardless of their ages) identities in public without their consent. I don't see where your concerning of victims being publicized coming from.

  I once upon a time had your sentiment until I was faced with the real truth. Do you know how many days and nights I weep over potential innocent young victims that I don't even know of? The predator who hurt my child is very much capable of hurt anyone who he come across just to fulfill his desire. Absolutely no remorse or any regard toward another human being! My child and I will come out publickly if we can stop this human parasite and his compliance, the Watchtower, from futher hurting other children. My concerning is toward helpless victims not the system.

  If you have a problem with my number, it's really your problem. It's not hard to figure. Do you doubt at least 1000s of sexual crimes would take place annually in the US alone? Appox. about 1 percent of those will eventually see their days in court. Convicting the perpetrators is another story.

  Watchtower Library NOT identical to printed publications

  i realise the title of this thread will come as no surprise to many of you.

  i've certainly heard before of subtle variations between extracts from the watchtower library and the actual printed literature.. what i didn't expect was to find this openly admitted to in the license agreement for the watchtower library, where it says in article 4:.

  I've noticed similar stuffs in various Watchtower publication. For that reason, I no longer discard any WT magazines or books. How else are we going to prove their writings made in Watchtower articles without original printed copies? All Watchtower has to do is omitting any incriminating comments from CD-Rom as they go and will accuse apostates for adding them in.

  When my child was molested by the Jehovah's Witness serial rapist/pedophile(there are at least 3 victims of his that I personally know of, age 13-14), it was us, victim and victim's family, who were witch hunted by the local elders and had gone through the Hell of 'Religious Inqusition.' I can't even describe in words all the suffering and persecution that we endured by the elders and the 2 Circuit Overseers. Do you know how it all started and processed? It was motivated by Rank and File of JWs's blind obidence and loyalty toward their elders. All the lies, malicious slanderings, vicious gossipping, you name it! Jehovah's witnessess, as a whole, are guilty of crime of condoning and obstructing the justice!

  Jamesmahon, there are always some innocent people behind bar in all crimes.

  I posted this on the ohter thread. In the US, I was told by the DCFS(Division of Children and Family Service), only 20 some percent(don't remember exact number) of victims eventually report sexual crimes and only 4 % of them will be prosecuted. The main reason for that is a social stigma. Usually victims will be blamed and humiliated not to mention long and emotional draining process of legal procedure. You might want to remember that there are 1000s of 1000s victims are suffering without any justice while protecting criminals in the name of protecting potential few wrong conviction as you have mentioned.

  fortunately, i'm able to have a frank conversation with my brother and he, who was already showing some doubts about the organization, got visibly upset when he saw the videos about bulgaria and onu ... .

  especially about the bulgaria case, he said that perhaps the document could not be authentic, but invented .. i was speechless, because although i'm sure, i never found any official evidence unless the note published in the jw-media or others "apostate" sites.. finally, after searching, i found the official link of the decision of the european court of human rights in bulgaria case, where the watchtower clearly says not to apply any form of control or sanction for members who opt to choose medical treatment contrary to the doctrines of jehovah's witnesses in order to obtain legal recognition as a religion in the country (prostituting like babylon the great).. linkfrom the official websiteof the european courtof human rights bellow:.
