KS, Undercover Officers would be really helpful. In the meantime, some of us have to do what we can to get justice. That's the reason why I am still attending the meetings. I have gathered some very useful evidences.

WT Society Feels they are Above the Laws of the Land - Even in their own....

knowing that the candace conti child abuse case was probably coming down the turnpike as was the 5 out of court child abuse settlements the wt society settled in san diego, california - this past april as most of you know the wt society sent a secret letter instructing all elders to essentially keep their " pie-holes " shut ( mouths for those not hip to modern lingo ) and essentially instructed them to not divulge anything to any authorities investigating crimes or other information concerning wt organization operations.. someone posted a thread on this in april, however - with all the news coming out about wt child abuse coverups, the anonymous organization investigating the wt society , i felt it important to reveal some snippets of what the wt society instructed their elders regarding legal issues.
in one section it states, " when someone seeks confidential information : you should never reveal confidential information to anyone unless theocratic procedure requires it or the branch office has instructed you to do so.

Another statement :, " Never turn over records, notes, or other documents or reveal any confidential matter sought by subpoena without first receiving legal direction from the Legal department. " And then, " strict confidentiality must be maintained to avoid unnecessary entanglement with secular authorities who may be CONDUCTING A CRIMINALINVESTIGATION of the matter. "
Yep! This is exactly what happened to us. The elders lied to the police chief and the detectives under the direction of the Watchtower Legal Department. It wasn't about the 5th amendment. It was all about protecting their own skinn and hiding elders criminal involvment from the authorities. They even informed the rapist/pedophile a police investigation and advised the pedo to get rid of any incriminating information from his computer. The local elders also worked with the mother of the rapist/pedo to disfellowship us, victim and victim's family.
These people are CRIMINALS, nothing more or less! -

My Local Congregation are Idiots
by simon17 inhad my semi-annual jw visit and it was the local congregation giving the invitations to the upcoming dc.
the presentation was the standard 3 second "all the information is inside--goodbye" wastes which this work has become.. .
just one problem.... the congregation i guess didn't realize that they had to put on the time, date and address themselves!!!!

You, being a RV, are now for sure will be in their personal experience part on invitation work in the Service Meeting.

How Did You Handle Hatfields and Mccoys style Witnesses? Pure Hatred?

i know the five sisters who have not spoken in twenty five years, it's odd to see them give parts on circuit assemblies, or district assemblies knowing the dark hate that exist inside them.
these parts helped me realize that the organization is impotent in reigning in hatred with the rank and file.

How large is Societies legal department?

00DAD, Yes, believe it! The Circuit Overseer(5 years ago) said the society is not necessarily against higher educations in his Public Talk. I don't know whether it was in the outline or he added on in the talk. And then he gave an example, the Society send brothers and sisters(especially if you are a paralegal) to the college to become attorneis or architects, etc etc, for its advancment.
Yes, the Watchtower has, Once Again, a hypocritical double standard in this area as well(nothing new)!
After that talk I know what I needed to do with my children on their education. Do you know how much pressure I got from local elders and witnessess over my children's education?
