Racism does not benefit anyone, much less the stigmatized persons. Let's get that clear.
you forgot the systemic part

Why are blacks constantly mentioned on this thread? The reason this subject is so much discussed has a lot to do with Black Lives Matter. Oops there I said it again! BLACK. It’s ok to use the word. Much respect too and kudos to major news outlets for capitalizing Black.
Very juvenile, LOL

Now something airline related that does have a bearing on the topic is the US airline that declared they were going to make sure they had an equal number of black pilots.
What can that mean other than that they will recruit based on skin color? That one day, instead of the best pilot being given the job, a lesser-skilled black pilot will instead be given the job.
Why the obsession with minority and blacks on this thread. In earlier post on this thread it was already agreed that there is systemic racism and that it can benefit both minorities and whites. I am just curious why you seem to be obsessed with black people only benefiting from it. I am sure if you look enough will find example of others benefiting from systemic racism. Jehovah loves everyone
You still don't seem to understand what this topic is even about.
The original question from @Minimus was is systemic racism as pervasive as some will suggest? and we already cleared that huddle.

this systemic racism thing is getting thin, can we please blame Jehovah instead, he caused all this.

You do know about a thing on computers called GOOGLE, don't you? You may want to try to learn how to use it!
you are making Google look bad if that is all you can come up with

Well I’ve expressed as much as I can for you so far. I knew it wouldn’t be easy after you couldn’t proceed without the definition of systemic racism.
Jehovah has been kind and I have asked him for power beyond what is normal

You asked me if the police are the real problem my answer is below
Ix, do you think police are the real problem and that they make race relations worse??
Nope, politics and ignorance are the real culprits
You jumped to the conclusion that society should tolerate lawbreakers. That is a huge leap.
The whole point is simple, police should be held to a higher standard because of their relative authority. The same way you will want your pilot to be held to a higher standard.

Let me add, to clarify not just blacks, Latino, men, women or whites am I referring to. ANYONE THAT WANTS TO BREAK THE LAW should be “re-educated”.
Society doesn't work like that but nice try anyway

Maybe we can use a minority example of some lawbreaker shooting at the police and some institutions can use him as an example of why you shouldn’t think you can break the law without consequences
What are you talking about ???
So you agree that their should be better rrocedures/regulations for policing, you just want to have the same thing for the lawbreakers.
So you agree that there should be better procedure for policing you just want to do the same for law breakers
we are encouraged to all, if possible, get the vaccinations.
if you don’t, we are told that we definitely could get the virus.
fair enough.. but what happens if you decide you aren’t going to get the shots?
Now, sure, I know that there is NO guarantee that the vaccination will prevent me from contracting the malady. But, still, I wanted to stay on the "safe side."
Definitely makes sense.
