No. Video and audio recordings are not being used as a "second witness" against the abuser. Instead they are being used to vilify and further victimize the abused.

"the rick simons case is truly exceptionaland for that, rick received the honor of the 2013 trial lawyer of the year award.

this case, involving the jehovahs witnesses, was originally referred to rick by my good friend and pretty much the first client of cogent legal ever, ed casey.

ed referred the case since rick had done a number of church molestation cases in the past, and there are issues with those cases that make them difficult.

Some are willing to listen, but I understand where you are coming from. You would be a valuable asset for AAWA if it could ever be orchestrated.

I personally did not think there would be a name change or rebooting of Facebook.

The fact that it happened whether apologies were disingenuous or not has been a very pleasant surprise.

I hope it is a pattern that will be embraced and repeated when necessary.
