good grief, i can't even have a cigarette in peace!
i travel five miles to a pub for a drink with a mate, and an elder turns up.
i'm sitting down just blowing the last bit of smoke out of my sinfull lungs and stubbing my cig out, and i look over to the bar and there's an elder from my old cong, looking in my direction with a look of disdain on his face.
In England going to the Pub is not the same as going to a Bar in the USA.
A Pub here is a place to relax with friends, many of them are for Adults over the age of 18 (you can drink alkiol...i know u don't spell it that way, at 18yrs in a Pub). There are family Pubs too, part of which is also an eating area, some even have play areas for Tots.
The Elders in my Xcong sometimes go out to the Pub together.

this weekend i was feeling creative and since any effort to shake this nagging feeling utterly failed, i decided to do some wt covers.
the result is now before you...they are somewhat simplistic because i did them in paint(tm), i still crave paintshop but haven't been able to get hold of it as of yet..... so here they are:.

take the seat belt law for instance, smart people know to buckle themselves in.

i spent the week with a few people, 2 jw's and their 2 non-believing husbands.
a few different situations arose that suggested to me that some of these people are a little bit crazy.
