  National computer for speed tickets. This is where everything is logged before automated checks through DVLA etc are made (before ticket is issued).

  You can use it to see if you have any impending tickets. If you have a pending ticket, make sure you click on the view picture button to confirm it is your vehicle and that you were the driver.
