  Would Witnesses drink "the cool-aid" if instructed to by the Governing body?

  my anionted mum always said she's "willing to die for the truth like the brothers in the concentration camps".....how many witnesses would do this, like the "heavens gate" suicide group or the tokyo cult that tried to start armagedon with subway gas attacks or even the 9/11 terrorists?.

  the brothers in the camps in world war 2 were told by rutherford this is armagedon.

  so they thought a quick death and then "poof"...i'm in paradise.. .

  I am sure some would. And I am sure that, with conditioning, some would turn to violence against their fellowman if told that God wanted them too.

  hey peeps,.

  it's been a long while since i've posted (i am completely out - wife and kids still in) but thought you might this interesting.. they came home from the district convention yesterday with the new dvd intended for kids.

  they popped it in right away and this is what happens:.

  No Ann I mean there is another section to this cartoon of kids singing but everytime i try to link it it messes up. The same youtube poster put them up as the other two parts.

  certainly if, after having escaped from the defilements of the world by an accurate knowledge of the lord and savior jesus christ, they get involved again with these very things and are overcome, the final conditions have become worse for them than the first.. 21 for it would have been better for them not to have accurately known the path of righteousness than after knowing it accurately to turn away from the holy commandment delivered to them.
