You just just made me think of something. Maybe I have PTSD and not general. I try not to let my Doc know that I have stress issues because I do not like the idea of taking stress. Funny I fear taking something that helps fear. Epiphany moment thanks so much Sail away!!!

Here is the thing: Comic books and such are fake, kids know that. This is a book we are told is real. That god is gonna kill everyone that does not believe in him. I was told god was a good god, but if I was not a good child I would be killed in Armageddon. It is kind of messed up! Movies people know are fake, but our parents brainwashed us into thinking that if we did not believe we would die a horrid death. Its kind of like letting your kids watch beatle juce 3 times a week and telling them that if they say Battle Juice 3 times, that he really will show up. Kids take parents word for things, so if you lie and tell them something bad is gonna happen, they believe you. If you tell them that it is just for entertainment they do not take it as literal. Kind of like that mom who was brainwashing her kids into thinking ALL cops are out to get them. "don't get out of the car" She pulls out a shotgun and points it at the cops, gets shot. Leaves the kid traumatized. Now the little child is gonna think mom was murdered by cops. He will block it out of his mind, but it still has gonna have bad effects on his mind. -

Just a reminder about voting
by Simon inthere appear to be some people who are of the mistaken opinion that endlessly clicking the like or dislike button 20x will mean 20x votes.. it doesn't !!!.
only one vote is ever counted.
1 user, 1 vote, each post.

Lol, ya I did it I think yesterday, I hit the like instead of dislike or visa versa. Then tryed to correct to to the opposite by pressing them both. Then I got 1 up 1 down. Was like shit huge bug. Then went back seen it did not have like 4 ups. Was going to write a post about, seen the votes did not stick. Lots of fun to press the like or dislike button lots of times. Man is it fun to press the button though. ADHD makes it even more fun! So do we get figgit bans now?

Wow, I used to look at this as very young child during ALL the meeting. Even this picture I would stare at empty mindlessly until I was like 8. Child abuse!!! No wounder I have had emotional issues! How did this get passed off as a "great tool for teaching children"? What do they want to teach the kids? -

American democracy in crisis
by slimboyfat inokay cut to the chase.
the united states has got a problem.
hillary clinton is so unpopular that practically any republican who ran against her would probably have beaten her.

Some stupid bug! It takes my cursor and puts it in a new box every time I type a post. Sometime it will not even let me press the save post button. Then it will not post anything. So to get anything posted I have to press the edit button, some times it then works, other times it will not let me enter text into the box. So then I have to press the cancel button to retry the edit button and see if I can enter text. Then sometimes I have to cancel and reedit it. Quite frustrating! Sometimes a second random blank post. No idea why. Little quirks in this site is what made me want to switch to JWR back in the day. But at the moment this forum is once again the best Ex-JW site.
I am using up-to-date Firefox, windows 10. Not too many addons.

"I live here in the USA, nothing here makes any sense." An excellent point, I concede that you may very well be right. I have concerns especially with trumps past statements about liking hillary and thinking that the economy does better under democrats. "seems that way" as he put it.
Sorry about that, I have trouble with spelling still. Hillary then. I might forget, names are real tricky for me sometimes.

@Tor: To me that does not make much sense: Why would trump be asking for the emails to be released if it incriminates himself, why would he be picking apart Hillery's run? Um how do you define the rich? The rich donate more than anyone else in the country to charity, on top of the 35%+ tax rate they get took for. In addition to this there businesses get taxed at 39%, so they are forced to hire less people at a lower rate, with less resources. In addition, a lot of them are forced to move out of the country because the world average corporate tax is 22%. 22%<39%. If you owned a large factory and wanted to build it somewhere, where would you build it, in a place with 39% of your growth goes to waste, or only 22% or maybe less? -

It amuses me how some people think that racism is a reason for there disdain for Trump, yet claim BLM is not a reason to dislike Hillery. There argument is "Trumps a racist, Hillery's main issue is lieing."

Judicial Committees should have an option to be public
by EndofMysteries inthinking back to how they went from votes by the congregation under russels time to private closed doors in rutherfords time so as to not waste time, etc, of other members.
if it really wasn't to hide things from the org, it would have an option for the person it's against to have it open to the public.
a time announced for any members or the person to bring any they want to attend.

"Judicial committees should".
The JW cult SHOULD do a lot of things differently but if they did that, they would no longer be a cult. :-P
