WT and the Illuminati - truth or fiction?
by SnowQueen ini've been reading around this subject of late and it seems to make a lot of sense.
i'm wondering if anyone is convinced and/or has seen anything that can substantiate or corroborate the 'facts' set out in these arguments.. http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/bloodlines/russell.htm.
i was particularly fascinated to read the following:.

Mp, none of us are truly free, that’s the reality of it. Now, do you prefer not being free in the Christian part of the world, or in the non Christian part of the world?

Why didn't God disfellowship Jesus for breaking the laws of the Talmud?
by I_love_Jeff injesus loathed the talmud and broke as many of its laws as he could on any occasion that presented itself.
so if jesus broke the laws of the talmud, wouldn't he have been disfellowshipped if he did the same thing to the watchtower.
a jehovah's witness can be disfellowshipped or disassociated if he/she breaks this rule in the elder's manual: rebellion against jehovah's organization.. what say you?.

Mp, this is a debate I don’t want to start.
Everything about Jesus character is in the Bible.
You see him as a traitor and a collaborator with the Romans, racist at the same time, promoting slavery, and not helping anyone….that’s your reading of it, sorry can not help you.
It is all there.

Nothing wrong with having secrets, but no need to abuse other people.

True Christianity frees people and some have a problem with that.
The WT is damaging to people and societies on many different levels. If they practice occultism that would be the ultimate insult to their followers that can not even have a Sparlock.

Jesus was no traitor. He just denounced the Pharisees because they were exploiting their own people.
He did not promote anyone being the pawn of anyone, his message is a message of freedom actually, that’s why Christians started being persecuted.
If you give someone a very valuable present and they reject it, how do you feel? He did help everyone that came his way.

Were it not for the fear of being disfellowshipped, a big number of them would just leave immediately, others just a bit later.

There are many different Christian religions, and the vast majority of them don’t make a point of antagonizing the other ones. They just go about their own business.

Jesus did follow the Law, but he put the focus on the spirit of the Law, not on the letter.
He did not go out of his way to break the rules gratuitously, just denounced when these rules were followed in a way contrary to the purpose for which they were given in the first place.
He did not condone slavery, he said love your neighbour as yourself. He also advised not to owe anything to anyone.

Evidence For Impending Change Re: "Loose Conduct" to "Brazen Conduct"
by DarioKehl inon another thread discussing possible changes to the nwt, the post refered to a 2nd-hand report of a co leaking possible changes to 5 verses where "loose conduct" would be replaced by "brazen conduct.
" although it is merely speculative at this point, i would like to remind those of you who did attend the 2012 dc this summer about some important evidence that supports this theory.
if the program is still available on jw.org, feel free to see this for yourselves.

What is brazen is the way they interfere in people’s lives, and as WTWizard says how they
How they use people’s belief in God, to keep them in an infantile state, depriving them of becoming the person they could have been had they had other teachers with their best interests at heart, rather than liars that just seek their own interests.
It is certainly brazen, the way they treat people that just don’t agree with the way they interpret the Bible, or how they become the judges of people’s private lives.
hold people hostage trying to prevent them from doing things to build up their souls.
