A subhuman that will be killed in armageddon anyways. I hope she got over the heartbreak and found a good man to never leave or hurt her. I'm foaming at David's behaviour and the way he's being applauded for playing with someone's feelings

Since childhood I dreaded the meetings. Meeting night used to overshadow the full day like a dark black cloud on the horizon. It stressed me out that on that day I wouldn't be able to just go home and relax after a long day. Conventions were even worse -

Sardinia is an amazing place. They call it the caribbean of europe. It is absolutely safe and beautiful.
If you are into history Jordan would be an amazing place. Ive travelled there on my own and it is safe and a very friendly warm country

Drugs....why?

just wanted to know if any one has any idea's or personal experience in regard to drug and alcohol abuse in former jw's.
all the one's i know have just lost the plot when it comes drugs and alcohol, especially drug use.

I have been fading since November 2014.. i never had a drinking problem bit have fallen into a drug addiction in April 2015 and haven't been clean sincevthen. To the outside i live a normal life and nobody around me knows anything about my habit.. it has become a Highlight in a grey and dull life .. one of the only enjoyments in my current life as run down as it may sound. Having an emotionally unstable JW mother and an abusive (non jw) husband ain't pretty :( -

My advice for you to get reinstated is to tell the elders how it is your heartfelt desire to be back in peace with Jehovah.. and thst you keep praying to him to allow you back into the cong so that you can serve him again fully and get back in peace with him. Express this as your main motivation behind your desire to be reinstated. DONT tell them you just want to have your family back as the main reason (it is your reason but no need to tell the elders this ;-). The elders may interpret it in such a way as that you lack spiritualiy (TM).
Like this you may speed up the reinstation process.
Ill keep all fingers and toes crossed for you.. xxx
