I'm not really sure the reason for the undies, but yes, they can be laundered.

Crap that hurts! Talking to an ex-LDS
by Qcmbr ini just got an email from someone who played a really formative part of my life who's since left the lds church (my rose tinted spectacles) and it really hurts.
this is why i don't go to ex-lds sites.
its wierd - a lot of you as posters are at the other end of the tunnel - having left/escaped - but it sure as heck feels gut wrenching when your still 'in' and someone you care about leaves.

Not that my opinion means much but I get tired of hearing that the LDS church is as F'd up as the JWs.
They are worlds apart.
At least from what I've seen. (and yes, I attended the Mormon Church for quite some time).

I BEAT THE SPEEDING TICKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by zman inthanks to all who responded to my thread last month!
i had been busted for 79 in a 65 this ticket made ten in three states so i decided to fight it.
with your help i had planned out a masterful defense that would have got charles manson off.

I have to agree with that.
In Arizona, when they lowered the speed limit from 75 to 55 their death toll skyrocketed. Same thing in Montana (that's why they fought the feds).
Not that I'm condoning reckless endangerment, but 10 tickets isn't that bad.
I drove truck for about 14 years, not one accident and probably about that many tickets or more. If you spend 80% of your life on the road, the greater your risk of receiving tickets. (obviously).
I bet you don't go as fast as the State Troopers though, that's one thing that pisses me off.
I'm surprised he gave you a ticket at that speed in the first place. Around here they won't touch you till you hit 80 or so in a 65.
