hi wifi.. i don't believe these have been seen before.. one is a general guideline given to elders who report a child safety issue in the congregation, and the second is the form they have to return to the legal department.. they are both recent forms.. the questionnaire has an interesting question at a.6 stating if the legal dept has advised to contact the authorities yes or no.

CSA is the Central Statistics Agency

"Do not send the Legal Department or the Service Department any electronic or written correspondence unless you are specifically requested to do so."

this makes the impression to me that this "official procedure" is only started if a report to the police or authority is simultaneously necessary. At this moment the victim and the abuser should already get their legal representatives, wheres the elder only held court about spiritual matters.

This means in all other cases (without sending this form to the Legal Department) elders and legal department are not protected at all. Therefore in those cases even more confidentiality is needed not to make no false accusations and not to blame someone as abuser.

What is not reported to the statistic agency does not count.

1. "Telephon the legal department" without allowance of victim and offender, LegDep decides according to the special circumstances if legal steps are already necessary [as defined by law] or if only Safeguard elders with special guidance and help is sufficant.

2. Should legal steps be necessary then congregation elders are pulled in duty, they must inform police or other authority but also protect secretly legal advice to elders, but seemingly only if "a child" is further in risk. (what if an adult person was abused?)

3. At the same time they must fill out in some special cases written forms that are necessary for protecting the Legal Department and Elders in the Laywer-client privilege. Obviously there will not be reported any minor cases of "abuse" but only "legal"-relevant anyway.

there has been a lot of talk about the "new light" concerning the generation teaching.

it's been a major part of the prophecy concerning the last days and of course since jws are the only ones able to decipher and understand prophecy it is of great importance to get this main prophecy right.

Trolley cart "witnessing" is getting ridiculous

i really fail to see how much actual "witnessing" is occurring with the trolley carts.publishers, usually pioneers, just stand or sit there not engaging anyone and count their time.. the only thing i notice that it's accomplishing is brand exposure for jw.0rg so the public is exposed to the logo and literature/poster card headlines.. take for example this "evening" witnessing by a pioneer elder while on summer holiday/vacation.. .

is this not a wth kinda moment when you consider the years of slaving, knocking on doors, business territory and bible studies we had to keep performing so we weren't branded a "weak" publisher?.

"19:14 o clock" is rather the daily possibilty of the abrupt end of wicked men.

Dont forget that JW teach the world will in no case end, it will never be destroyed and not the possesions, but what else could and will then end? Natch: The rule of wicked men on this planet, wicked organisations, big bad business, war business, governments, religions... Some guys predicted there own end. Haha

But you good guys each day at 19:14 can feel save you will by no mean pass away at 19:14 if you are clean.

Interesting find in the bible last night

so i was reading genesis chapter 10 and 11 to see how it explains the man who supposedly is the offspring of noah and he and his offspring become the nation known as egypt.

in some bibles they actually call him egypt.

well as i was reading chapter 10 i noticed something.

i would say even that it was the worldview of best educated jewish elite and priesthood who lived in the rich metropolis in Persia or Babylonia in the period of writing down genesis as legend of origin. Scholars say that the Table of nations orginates in the texts that the priests collected.

Revised New world translation in other languages

i think the translators are now very busy or even in the endspurt to present next year the editions in many other long expected languages like spanish, french, dutch, german...perhaps there will be even two spanish versions.. this will spark a new fire in the hearts of the publishers to go out and evangelize using the bible.

month to month a new translation is available on jw library app, like portoguese since july.

but they will not use the paper in door-to-door but the app.. insiders have already access to parts of many of those coming translations and are very happy with the translation comments like "really beautiful translated" are typical..

Many forget that LOYALTY does not mean the same as OBIDIENCE to GODzzz Organsiation.

I mean, First and foremost it is God that is loyal to us, withouth God this whole cariot would not function.

Only after that he his merciful to us we can be loyal.

As Gods loyalty doesnt mean that he his obidient to US and we can train HIM or mode him to follow our human directives to transform him into a mannered civilisazed JEHOBER DOG, our loyality towards God as well not turn around being trained and modified or obidient like animals but around stability, responsibilty, merciful acts, imitating gods unchangeable mercy and kindness.
