  On November 19, 2010, Seels-Davila and her father met with Iris Jiminez, one of the clerks at Hahnemann's Center for Bloodless Medicine. N.T. 4/24/15 at 12-13, 41. After talking with Ms. Jiminez, Seels-Davila signed a form entitled “Hahnemann University Hospital Center for Bloodless Medicine and Surgery Medical Directive/Release” where she indicated the following:
  I, Terri Elaine Seels-Davila ․ request that no blood (whole blood, red cells, white cells, platelets and plasma) be administered to me during this hospitalization. I will accept the use of nonblood [sic] volume expanders (such as dextran, saline, or Ringer's solution or hetastarch) and other nonblood management.

  Seels-Davila also indicated on this form that she consented to the use of a cell saver machine, if necessary, for intra-operative blood salvage and, below the signature line, handwrote “I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. No blood.”

  It appears as though the (paid) JW staff of the bloodless center replace the HLC duties for the hospital. Note that the HLC were never mentioned in the court document.

  What sounds practical and patient-oriented! Why should a suffering patient have besides the clerks so much persons of the HLC to talk with or to argument with. Why would one who is already standfast need to talk so much with HLC guys at all?

  Would it not be the best patient oriented way to minimize contact of HLC and let this job do a little circle of clerks who does the daily nursing job, with whom one likes to talk, is already familiar a JW staff that does also the daily routine work at your body, the JW clerks who do their job and will it do bloodless and patient orientated-

  The above house would be in Austrian possession.

  For example, in order to return Mikhalkovo, it will be necessary to enter into a conflict with Austria, and in order to return Sunny, it will be necessary to conflict with the United States.

  Interestingly this house already serves the community, as it appears as "House of culture"!

  Obviously Austrian JW organisation already made a deal with the Moscow Towngovernment for a fair use of the house. And I think that this was already the case from the beginning.

  It seems as Austria avoided such a conflict from the start and remains the owner but offered it free of cost as "house of culture" for other usage too. This is only my thoughts. However this could be a way and example for all JW posessions, kingdom halls ...become houses of culture,

  And as JW are honouring all cultures anyway it is should be no problem for them to use some of the donated money for the creation of such "houses of culture" in whole Russia. What a witness if JW would support such a use of their money and property, be cooperative and so be able to stop persecution for JW. This would be a job for Austrian GB-member Gerrit Loesch, should he not visit pro-actively Moscow for checking the situation on the ground if this property serves really as house of culture and speak about future projects. Without diplomacy it will not come off to make progress.

  Building a network with Moscow Towngovernment is certainly better than waiting for the attorneys and human right lawyers.

  I fist walked virtually from the main ul Tankisvtov to bethel at sdrednaya 4 and then around the whole complex at the small ways.
