  The Animal Sentience Bill - what next?

  so, in the uk there was recently a bill which was nodded through parliament - the animal sentience bill - which was backed by vegan activists.. dogs, cats.

  cows, even lobsters now have been recognised to have feelings.. first of all, let me say that if you want to go vegan that's fine with me.

  we're all allowed our individual dietary choices.. but for how much longer?

  the unique circumstances of the lockdown and stimulus checks has highlighted these differences in stark ways.. on one hand, you have jumps in sales and valuation of companies like foot locker and nike, as people spend their "free" government money on sneakers.

  There’s no virtue in being poor. I hate the idiot GB who brainwashed simple folks to be content with the basics while they lived like Kings, never worrying about food, clothing, shelter or healthcare.

  Also, I agree the system is rigged against the common man. The Elite need the poor to exploit or they won’t be rich anymore. This will continue until Robotic workers can replace nearly all human workers, then the population will be massively reduced and the Elite will rule over the remaining useful and extremely surveilled population. Screw up and you lose your Metaverse privileges.

  How do Scientists know what “Ape-Men” looked like? It wasn’t that long ago that Dinosaurs didn’t have feathers… I think these Scientists are like the Weatherman… There’s some data and a lot of hunches and they get paid even if they are wrong.. Pretty sweet job. Just keep cranking out content. When I watch some Science shows it’s for entertainment because I like the CG, but it may as well be Dino-Bird vs Mega-Crocktopus.

  I just watched 15 Minutes Of Shame. I expected an Ultra Woke piece of shit show but it was pretty informative on human behavior and social media. There are lots of folks making comments about subjects that they’ve done very little research on. They are just blasting their emotions, and there are real consequences.

  Then there are individuals and groups who purposely send out misinformation to further their own agenda.

'the scientific consensus that humans are altering the climate has passed 99.9%, according to research that strengthens the case for global action at the cop26 summit in glasgow.. the degree of scientific certainty about the impact of greenhouse gases is now similar to the level of agreement on evolution and plate tectonics, the authors say, based on a survey of nearly 90,000 climate-related studies.

  So…none of you that believe Climate Change is caused by humans and that we are in imminent danger can answer LUHE’s question??

  What does a net zero Carbon world look like?? Do you have the stones to make the call?

  What are the exact methods of producing batteries that should power everything? How does that affect the environment? What about Solar Panels? Are those made from sustainable methods with zero carbon emissions? What about the immense, complex process of building a Nuclear power plant from the Concrete and Steel ( manufacturing those materials and HAULING them, the Carbon based humans it takes to design, manufacture and install them…) down to the rubber door mat when you walk in for the Grand Opening tour? Where does all that come from?
