  is there any former jw that would talk to me about the social aspects and how they seperate you from society?

  i have a young son who's father is fighting for joint custody.

  BlindersOff1 - why would you atest to this if you are a current witness? Not all expert witness are former JW, usually they have studied the group. How would you be able to help?

  Affidavit for a court custody battle with a JW mom/Non JW dad

  what kind of things would you put in an affidavit to the court for a custody hearing - list them out in this thread for me so that i can disperse each point across multiple pages, making a strong case.

  i will start:.

  blood transfusions: - jw children are refused blood transfusions that could save their lives.. how about school sports, flag salute, military service, discouraging college education, keeping "seperate from the world", armageddon teachings, etc.. help we fill in a little wordy description and elaborate on each point in this post - it would be very much appreciated!.

  Has anyone been in a situation where they have sent Carolyn Wah, attorney for the WT to your custody case? If so what was the outcome?

  Colorado Custody Case

  i am a catholic and i have a son with a practicing jw.

  we have never been married and i have had sole custody of him since he was born.

  my son's father is taking me back to court for joint decision making and wanting to have visitations during holidays even though he does not celebrate.

  I am a catholic and I have a son with a practicing JW. We have never been married and I have had sole custody of him since he was born. My son's father is taking me back to court for joint decision making and wanting to have visitations during holidays even though he does not celebrate. I think he is trying to keep our son from enjoying these holidays he always as with my family. We live in Colorado and I was hoping that maybe someon out there may be able to help me. I fear he is getting help form the WTS or someone, as he does not have the funds for an attorney. Desperate for help any suggestions or help would be so appreciated, I am in fear for my son. He is already having issues in school feeling different from the other kids.
