Repeating something that you have said publicly is not slander. Otherwise every single journalist in the world would be in the jail! As much as I hate it, the express takes sly digs at oor Nicola Sturgeon. Since the Dunblane Massacre and gun reform in the UK, gun crime has dropped significantly. Here are their gun laws, similar to the UK's laws actually on gun control. Maybe the fact you don't have free healthcare in the USA, therefore you have badly managed mental health, is a factor?
