Taking a health break

the chemo is sucking out loud and i need to try and focus myself on healing.

At ground ZERO
by Patriot inwell they have finally done it.
they finally took our towers down.. the towers that i used to visit so much as a kid and adult.
my twin towers.. i was mobilized yesterday as part of the nypd as the city went into it's highest security alert.

I can't express the measure of respect and admiration that I have for you and your ilk. Yesterday when I was watching the aftermath on t.v. what really struck me was how something like this really brings people together.
When a tragedy like this happens, it always comforts me to see how strangers will band together to help eachother out.
I keep seeing footage of members of the NYPD hugging strangers, and strangers hugging strangers, and it restores my faith in humankind.
You are a hero, Patriot. The police and the firefighters and the doctors and everyone else trying to save lives have my undying respect. Thank you.
