  i was looking at my hall the other day some of the upper elders who are retired now have had some pretty good jobs and lives of relative comfort.

  i am not exactly sure what the education levels were but they were white collar.

  most likely started in a world where you didn’t need a lot of education to get a head.

I am not exactly sure what the education levels were but they were white collar. Most likely started in a world where you didn’t need a lot of education to get a head.

  Some of them have pioneering children in there 20s and 30s living in absolute poverty. Janitorial work all night to hand out rags all day.

  My question is do you think these people are so diabolical they would encourage their children to live like this to kept there status in there special club or are these living like this out of there own free will? I can understand a janitor pioneer in poverty raising another success like themselves but if you had a brain in your head , you think you would what better for your children.

  Man if there is anything more annoying than the WTS it has to be the alphabet club. To me it’s kind of like al-quada vs isis.

  The sad part is between the WTS and team alphabet , real Christian charities that do real good works are going to lose there tax free status. I get back like 75 percent what I give my church.

  Let’s say your a contractor or small business owner in a small community. Why do you do good work or charge fair prices ? It’s cause your name is at stake. Your name represents what you are.

  Jesus is called the image of god. The exact representation of the father.

  Jesus saying I have made your name known or thank you for the name you have given me has more to do with this kind of thing than providing the missing vowels of the Tetragrammaton.

  I have run into plenty of JWs who think the most important thing Jesus did was give us the missing vowels of the Tetragrammaton which were then removed by false religion.

  I kid you not , the entire religion is a big game of wheel of fortune.

  we don’t get many invitations to congregational social gatherings.

  we don’t attend midweek meetings and miss about 1/3 of sunday meetings.

  we go in service at least once a month.

  I know I am a hopeless loner but a swear I can’t understand the social aspect of this religion. Once you have children, own a house and have a career , who has the time.

  I built a house with my retired father in evenings and weekends while I worked full time and we were done in 6 months. I didn’t drywall, plumb, wire or concrete but everything else.

  There was an elder on the same street doing the same thing as me and he took three years . His house looked like a frat house with all the people coming and going. He is 60 years old. Stupid.

  Did you understand the individual books of the bible ?

  the last couple years i have been really getting into watching these videos called the bible protect.

  there is no real dogmatic axe to grind.

  just simple 10 -15 min videos on the individual books of the bible and kind of how it’s all connected together.

  It’s just weird to spend three Sundays studying the book of Romans or studying a theme like being lead by the Holy Spirit by someone with theological training etc etc instead of just hop scotching around the bible with every asshole with an opinion making comments.

  My wife and I have begun our fade

  i haven’t posted in awhile.

  my wife asked me after the year 2000 came and went without fanfare(because the wt organization said all the “new world” would be here within this 20th century would end), “ what would it take for you to leave the truth?”.

  my reply was “ if i turn 60 in this “system of things”.

  My mother in law who lives in a second world country who was a teacher for 40 years. At 60 she was required to retire and was given the choice between 250 dollars a month for life or 20000 dollar payout .

  Given the fact the end of the system of things was just so close she choose the lump sum . Guess who is 82 years old now and guess who is sending 200 dollars a month back to her.

  I wonder how many other people are in a similar situation ? And the fuckers keep teaching it 😡
