  I had one friendship affected in these politically divisive times. But I don’t think it was because of politics. I think it was because of thin skin.

  I shared a hilarious meme that was at the expense of Hillary, and he got so offended that I just stopped sharing anything with him or being myself out of fear of offending him.

  Eventually, I realized he wasn’t much of a friend to react so negatively to a harmless meme that I just left the ball in his court to communicate. He never did, and we haven’t spoken in about 2 years now.

  London Protest 2018

  well today marks the beginning and biggest day of our protest at the london excel.. we believe it's a record number at around 100 exjws at the front door.. we spoke to lots of jw's and one young man studying who has quit after talking to us.

  we've been approached privately by jw's who thanked us for coming and the security at the event treated us very well.. if anyone wants to see some clips they are available on my channel the great apostate.. thanks to all for the support and love..

  I tried activism for a while after leaving.

  It seems like a force for "good" and "helping others", but it took an extremely negative toll on me. I looked at my life and tried to figure out what was the source of negativity in my life. #1 was activism.

  These platforms are so bigly. There are more people using them to communicate than there were people using phones when Ma Bell monopoly was broken up.

  I think an anti-trust suit is gonna happen.

  These Social Media companies are gonna be regulated like phone companies eventually.

  AT&T can’t deny me phone service because I believe the DNC rigged the primaries and that Hillary colluded with a foreign agent to get compromising information on Trump.

  The issue I have is that it was obviously a coordinated effort by different monopolies to silence someone they disagreed with.

  It’s not a first amendment issue, but it flies in the face of the principle of free speech.

  The first amendment only protects you against government action.

  But the principle of free speech goes beyond government action. These monopolies have shown that they don’t support liberty, but love authoritarian actions.

  Put the shoe on the other foot. What if Tim Cook was a conservative and decided to ban MSNBC from their platform? How would you feel about it then?
