She was very active in the 1970's then kind of faded away. I remember her mostly as "Weezy" on 'The Jeffersons' but she also played the mother 'Mrs. Evans' on 'Good Times'.

Hi Aussie Oz, welcome back. Its basically the same. Just less interesting. The Org. is crazier than ever. Minimus still asks endless nonsense questions like a special needs person.
The board is essentially this: -

Department Store Santa Claus - Do They Still Exist?
by RubaDub ini remember when stores would advertise that santa claus would be there from 2-4 pm on a saturday or something for several weeks before christmas.
you would see them everywhere.. do they still exist in your area?.
maybe parents finally realized that having a drunk guy with a white beard getting his jollies off with young children on his lap was not a good idea.. just my thoughts.

In the alternate reality that Minimus lives in, it is true that department store Santa's no longer exist and have been nearly banned by liberals as well as Christmas as a whole.
However, in the actual world...both are alive and well. Santa is at the Mall from 11a - 8pm every day, and has been since mid- November. "Pre - Reserve a pass and avoid the line."

"Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded"
I guess the insane traffic and christmas lights on every house is a figment of my imagination.Once again, have you left your basement at any point since the Reagan administration?

Could someone kindly translate this gibberish into English? Thank You.

Only in your delusional FoxNews alternate reality. Seriously, do you ever leave your basement? Christmas is quite alive and well.

Ewart Chitty
by NoAbuse inewart chitty was appointed as secretary-treasurer , which position he held until his appointment to the governing body in november 1974.. when in brooklyn, chitty seems to have preferred younger men as roommates.
the actual charge brought to the gb against chitty was made by a former roommate and involved some sort of inappropriate conduct.
the gb concluded that chitty had homosexual tendencies, and asked him to resign.. a rare photo of chitty in happier days.

Ewart Chitty and John Barr were from the United Kingdom and both served on the Governing body at the same time as Ray Franz. But Ewart Chitty's history goes further, you can see his name down as Secretary-Treasurer of IBSA ALL the old yearbooks prior to 1976. The 1975 yearbook contains his name but it seems the following year John Barr took his place. Then after that, the officers of the legal corporations were no longer named in the yearbooks, only the names of the corporate publishers. Also Chitty was among the list of names of "ordained ministers appointed for special service" that appeared in the yearbook from the 1930s - mid 60s. It may be why yearbooks online and on the DVD don't go back before 1970. Perhaps Watchtower doesn't worry because they feel the average witness will not know who he was.
