  BRANCH OVERSEER : "Apostates are GOOD people !"

  this is quite incredible.during his talk, the branch overseer, made a special talk dedicated to the apostates.. he clearly emphasis his point, "apostates used to be between us, really you can talk with apostates, those people are good, of course their point of vue is different than ours now but they are mostly very nice poeple, and you shouldn't be afraid to talk with them.

  "though as usual, the reaction of the brothers was quite the same, impassive, i was very surprise by this statement.i cannot assume if this is just a one man step ahead towards the apostates, or really a change in their policies, this came from the mouth of a branch overseer.of course, for obvious reason, i won't give the name of the brother, which is famous, but only here in an central european country.i would have expected him to quote more scriptures, but he didn't, he could have use the one for jesus himself :"you should love your enemies", as apostates were really the "enemies" for the wtbs for such a long time, maybe now that the king of the north is awaken, apostates are not so bad after all ?

  Why the BIG 4.5 day elder "school"?

  just wonderin' if anyone has heard of anything about something big going down in the borg?

  good friend of mine just told me today that he will be attending a 4.5 day elder "training school" all nest week!

  the "special" elder "schools" are usually only 2-3 days.. lots of dumbing down coming?.

  Enjoyed the Memorial

  probably not a popular opinion on here....and haven't been actively attending meetings since 1988....(i know i know a submarine attender) however thoroughly enjoyed attending this evening...was good to see lots of people i remember whilst growing up in this faith, they were genuine and the whole atmosphere was one of love.

  sure if i suddenly wanted to become active again and didn't change my lifestyle they would drop me like a bomb.....however i haven't and won't and they didn't and don't.

  this works for me.. i cannot demonize the witnesses on what i have seen tonight.

  Its great feeling for members in KH memorial Day cause house is full. But you know next week its gonna be half empty as always. Its bitter sweet moment for regular JWs

  No fun debating "imperfect" JWs

  well that was no fun at all, just got a visit to invite me to the last supper memorial.

  haven't had a call for a long long time.

  i tried to engage them about following bible not watchtower, they just kept changing the subject as they have always done but this time every challenge was met with "we are not perfect,the slave is not perfect" and "we don't want to have a debate".

  ok, so i played the game of putting on my jw apologetic cap for a moment, and thought of how a devout jw could rationalize this whole liquor buying situation.. they could say:.

  "this actually proves that jehovah is guiding his organization!!

  he was bringing this activity of tomo3 to light, and it would also prove to be a loyalty test for all jws, to see if they would be stumbled right out of the truth!".

  i just wonder about reasoning in this organization.

  if you have arrangement that is not working and gods chariot has moved on.

  and you have told every one there is only a biblical generation to do things.

And you have told every One there is only a biblical generation to do things. Why do you spend 30, 40 or 50 years telling members we must wait for Jehovah the whole time?   i’ve always wondered about this one.

  if the bible says there will be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous, does that mean all mankind that have died will come back to life?

  if so, what’s the incentive for jws to have an urgency to preach and save people?

  I dont think satan is that much interested in preaching work. It has to do with Gods Will and cant be stopped. Demons and satan are full of pride. They dont want humans taking there place in heaven. Kings must be loving and preasts are the one that control the education (platform) in old Jerusalem. I think hes goal has been to disqualifie the 144.000 from serving as kings and priests.

  They must have been sipping in something when they came up with 'overlapping generation' idé 😂😋

  Its not normal a adult man to chek if younger is using tight pant. Writing a speetch abouth it is even more weird. Then travell around world giving that speetch is crazy as can be.
