  Is the door to door preaching work not the primary focus anymore?

  a few months back, one of my uncles who was an elder, asked the co, why jehovah would allow the door to door preaching work, to come to an abrupt end.

  this was when my uncle was starting to have serious doubts about the organization.. the co told him to be patient, and hang in there, because the governing body was on top of things and in time would explain what is happening regarding the preaching work.. my uncle asked; “what do you mean?”.

  co said; “focus on the wt study articles in the coming months” .

  But if preaching work is done. Then there shouldent be any letter writing anymore. Right? Not only door to door. All preaching should stop.

  How on earth can WT lawyers continue to believe WT has God’s backing, when they see all the deception play out in Court.

  If all GB members died at once?

  i don't suppose anyone knows for sure, but do we have any kind of hint of what would happen if all of the governing body members died at the same time- such that nobody was left to appoint successors?

  in lieu of any solid evidence, i'd also be interested in hearing some speculation based on what we already know about the organizational structure.. it would certainly throw a wrench in either the teaching that the faithful and discreet slave will survive into the great tribulation and/or the implied doctrine that the the gb succession arrangement is justifiable biblically.

  let me firmly disclaim any implication that i am encouraging violence or wishing death on the governing body.

  in a scene reminiscent of the fall of saigon, the usa embassy staff have been evacuated by helicopter.. for a third time in asia ( a fourth, if you count usa supported chiang kai shek's defeat in mainland china) usa supported forces have been defeated.

  more than 1 trillion dollars wasted and a huge deathtoll (both sides) afghanistan is back to where it started,.

  will the taliban behave differently this time ?

  We're lots of JWs that have pointed out for decade's changes that needed to be made in org. They were called negative or apostate. If org would have done changes they would not be in mess they in. Splane and company gonna drive Watchtower to the ground.

  i’ve been trying to find any recent quotes that say the increase in witnesses every year is evidence of jehovah’s blessing on the organisation.. i know the ready made excuse if there is a decrease is “love of greater number will cool off”….

  They always have said increase is proof of blessing. Why all religion increase they can not answer. It's the same when they say that house to house preaching is proof holy spirit is behind organization. Without out it we couldn't go house to house. Well then how come Mormons go house to house also. Do they also have Holy spirit? Sound of crickets

  You just know that you are. Sometimes is good to ask close friend or hospital about ones mental health. But it's something between you and God really. It can not be 'proved'. Jesus apostles were all anointed, even if some of them hade ' complicated' personalities.
