This case is so weak and insane that I’d imagine the Croatian government would take measures to shut this case down and have it dismissed should a judge be foolish enough to serve parties overseas.

I am informed that the Croatian court has already refused once to issue subpoenas for this court case, however I’ve not been informed formally. I wonder how many years he is going to spin this bullshit…..kinda reminds me of WT and their “Armageddon” fantasy.

Croatian law allows a citizen to make this complaint directly to the court instead of the police. The court then makes a determination whether or not a crime occurred with evidence which makes it worth prosecuting, like the police normally do.

This is my understanding yes. Again, I’ve been informally advised that the court have yet to be convinced that there is a case to answer.
What he is doing is a disgrace really.

For the record I will say this again. Lloyd is claiming that he has commenced criminal proceedings against the M7. There is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that he has petitioned the court for the commencement HOWEVER until anyone is formally and legally served with a summons (or equivalent), no one is a defendant. There is currently nothing to defend.

Regarding the burden of proof - in a criminal proceeding it is not the defendant’s responsibility to prove innocence, it is the prosecutions responsibility to prove the crime. Imagine any court system in the world where a prosecutor can say “ you murdered x” and forcing the defendant to prove a negative….I’m not saying anyone murdered anyone just to be clear - what I am saying that both “crimes” are within the “criminal” designation and therefore have the same burden of proof. The responsibility is with Lloyd to prove his case. I would have thought that if his case was so certain, we would either have been served or he would have plastered the evidence across the internet.

Finally, Lloyd cannot get a conviction in any country - including Croatia - without the M7 knowing. The court will require evidence that each party is aware of the proceeding prior to hearing the case, whether the M7 are represented or not.

So here is something yo add to your defamation complaints Lloyd:

You are a pig of a man, you have damaged the activism movement and you are a shameless grifter who should be ashamed of himself.

i’m a pimo ministerial servant and i won’t fade because i want to keep my front row seats watching what happens next few years.. my predictions are that this current governing body will slowly die off and the current younger helpers will be the next gb.

they will eventually have new light that they were wrong about 1914 and the overlapping generations.. the new light will be something on the lines of the last days are now because of king of north king of south pushing each other etc etc.

they will do their very best to burry old literature and try to change the past trying to make it sound like they were right all along just as they have done for 150 years now.

It’s interesting to hear your perspective from “inside”. As an external observer it seems that lots of younger people are leaving. My daughter (21) left 6 years ago (I left 4 years ago) and since I left 15 of her friends have left, all around her age. To hear that this isn’t a “local” issue is interesting.

I am not sure if they will announce new light on 1914, or whether they will just phase out taking about it and focus more and more on “the signs of the end” and develop some new rubbish that points to the end times.

Was the divorce was her actually giving up on the marriage or her playing the only card she had in order to get him back from Thailand? Little of both? Where does this stand now?

I think she genuinely wanted a divorce, and that she didn’t want him to come back from Thailand as it would give her space as he manipulates her when he is near her.

This is an interesting question, I’ve never thought about it before. In all honesty I doubt she even knows about the sex industry 🤷‍♀️

I feel for dijana so I’m probably not an objective observer on what her motivations are 😔

I have no more information than the next person regarding what’s happening now, based on what I knew from before, I would be very surprised if the divorce doesn’t happen.

Lloyd apparently mentioned her as part of his 3 man team in a recent video so I assume she is still working for the company, after all, it’s a job and I gather she would need the money 🤷‍♀️
