  i’ve decided to disassociate from the jw organisation.

  i cannot be part of a community that blatantly rejects the sacrifice of jesus in that demonic memorial ritual.

  amazing what information you find when you start researching.. i’m writing my letter and posting it to the kingdom hall this morning.

  Why didn’t the court hit up, let’s say, HIS ATTORNEY OF RECORD, Mr Novosel, the guy who filed papers for him a month and a half ago and say they can’t proceed without a valid address for the “private prosecutor”.

  The rules (according to the donation court) requires him to have direct dealings along with his attorney as he is the “prosecutor” 🤦‍♀️

  In most countries, including Australia, this is exactly what would happen. But apparently not in Croatia according to the advice I have been given.

  The letter in the court record “ps” refers to the courts continued inability to get in contact with him in relation to HIS criminal prosecution of the M7, sending the police to his residence to talk to him, finding his wife at the residence, the wife advising that he would be in the USA until 27/12.

  No I do not think lloyd and his wife are still together, I think Lloyd listed the case when he was still living in her parents home and hasn’t changed it with the court, hence they found his wife in her home, not his actual home. Unless the attic is located in her home and then maybe.

  Based on this photo Dijana looks to have been untruthful to the authorities. She told police in Croatia that he wouldn’t be back till the 27th 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ maybe his plans changed 🤷‍♀️

  It'd be Kim's fault of course, but a real shame nonetheless.

  Indeed. At least it would give him a great excuse for not proceeding with his complete bs claim. I’m sure many people will tell me that this is “classic lloyd” but I realised today that certain phrases that lloyd emphasises are a true tell as to his intentions. “The Croatian court system is glacially slow”…..but is it? Or is lloyd conveniently glacially slow ? And is there a reason for this glacially slow behaviour?

  A reasonable thought however based on the information I have, he is in the USA until the 27th of December.
