He doesn’t want that livestream submitted into evidence and only wants to focus chiefly on Kim’s statement and other information given on her interviews.
I agree with a lot of your points however I checked the document lloyd put out and in Jonathan’s section he refers to Jonathan’s interview with me and from memory there are a few small clips from the livestream - but do y quote me, I would have to check.

I think LoveUniHateExams has it right re: misogyny. Lloyd calls Kim all sorts of names, while Andrew Gold and AltWorldly get described as having been led astray or manipulated by Kim.
LoveUniHateExams certainly puts up a reasonable opinion. I appreciate they they and you are prepared to speak out about this, I know that some are intimidated and scared of being shouted down, which i also understand 💗

I just can't see how Lloyd's lawyer will think he's got a case, after reviewing this thread and others.
I appreciate your opinion, I have be been asking myself this same questions for quite a while now.
I will note, it’s one thing to lodge civil proceedings against someone in order to defend your personal reputation as lloyd has previously stated.
It’s a whole other thing when he seeks cooperation from the court in commencing criminal proceedings against someone.
I can only assume that perhaps his lawyer is not aware of the entire facts and evidence to this case. 🤷♀️ Otherwise it makes no sense to me.
