  Lloyd was “outraged” when I commented about his (lack of) work ethic……but the proof of the pudding is in the eating…..in spite of the loss of patrons, he cancels another zoom call….one of many….at this point he is just taking the puss. Not only does he not want to acknowledge what he did was wrong, he also refuses to acknowledge that his work ethics are a massive contribution to his demise…..people are not as dumb as lloyd thinks

  he is dead set on getting a default ruling when no defendants show up

  To get a judgement, the court has to be satisfied that each defendant was aware (ie evidence of service) of the claims made against them along with a brief of evidence. You can be certain that if valid service occurs, the M7 will be legally represented, at our own expense.

  Is Lloyd hoping that the Sisak court will be persuaded by Wikipedia?

  Lloyd doesn’t care about the court case, he used it to try and silence everyone. It failed and he is hoping it will die a quiet death whilst he builds his brand elsewhere 🤦‍♀️

  What are the legalities of this? I mean you gave him permission to post this originally. Is it that easy to just say "You no longer have my permission to post this video?

  I did not sign a release therefore he does not have my consent. I asked him to remove it and he did.

  I mean don't get me wrong, it makes for good headlines. Which may have been his priority?

  Sadly, this is also my opinion. I think IICSA said it was outside the scope. 1 child is to many. Change the policies and actual practices of the borg and the “number of reported cases” will be able to be determined by court records
