  I hate WT and specifically their legal department. I also make no bones about Mark and my issues. I have read the available documents and can see points for Mark and I can see issues that he needs to deal with. It’s a complex issue and I will wait for the trial so all the facts and evidence can be presented.
  I do not think it’s a case of WT going after Mark to shut him up. I think they are taking advantage of an opportunity that presented itself to them.

  The case was dead before it opened. It’s not closed but he has done nothing since June last year because he knows the case is dead. This case could (and probably will) sit there until 2028 as the court will not close for failure to prosecute until 6 years from the date of the incident. Lloyd knows this. What others think about this, what people think of Lloyd, what people think was his motivation for lodging this, whether his (and other) actions were an attempt to intimidate people into silence is up to each person. What can never change and never will are the facts.

  My intention was to provide information so that current and future members of our community could be informed and make a decision for themselves. Every single time I get an email notification that someone has accessed the legal documents that put on my file share, I feel a sense of calm that I did the right thing.

  I'm sorry for my choice of words as I didn't intend to cause anyone on this forum any discomfort.

  No apology required 144K, you were 100% correct in your assessment. There were so many things that I didn’t know about lloyd when I left, I would never have supported his work if I had known. It is my hope that now that the information is out that people like me don’t make the same mistake. Those who know and continue to support his work are beyond my help 💜

  I have to laugh at anyone who ever took SlobLloyd seriously. I find it humorous that some people were dumb enough to give this guy their money. The only thing I would ever have considered giving him is a limpe and a well-placed kick to the bum.

  Sometimes the truth hurts, and oooof your comment hurt. You are entirely correct and I consider myself thoroughly laughed at and kicked up the bum. Not offering an excuse, only my perspective. When you leave a cult and are all sorts of emotional (angry, confused, sad etc) Lloyd seemed like a “great place to repair”.

  I accept your opinion wholeheartedly as it was clearly NOT a safe place to repair 👍
