If all the world were JWs....
by Tornintwo inin my former indoctrinated state, i used to yearn for a time when all the world would be jws.
but hang on minute, let's just think about what the world would be like if everyone was a jw,.
first of all, no higher education, so no medical advances, no scientific research, no modern day medicine, infectious disease rife, no doctors, no engineers, so no modern day comforts.

how do most of you now feel about the military?
by sowhatnow inwas not sure where to post this, but i was curious, how do some of you now feel about the military?
would any of you let your children enlist, or would you yourselves join any military field?
how do you feel about the idea of women in the military?

I would like to express my utmost thanks to the soldiers and their families. Just because a soldier leaves for war doesn't mean that his/her family are not affected too. That family is serving as well as their loved ones.
Bless you for protecting our freedoms and my son who served and did his tour of duty.

I am not so sure this is forgetfulness issue to just doing something so off the wall like the other day.
My son and I work at the same office and I was at a stop light and saw a long strand of my hair on my coat sleeve. I gingerly picked it up then neatly laid it across his leg. He looked at me with the "what the F look", I had this look of unbelief and then start laughing so hard.
The "kid" is laughing "Mom, what the hey. Why did you do that?"
"Honestly, I haven't a clue why" I replied.
I had to pull to the side of the road to clear the tears of laughter from my eyes. We both were laughing so hard and still crack jokes of loose hair.

It's Too Late to Return to Jehovah!
by naazira inyes friends it is too late for most of you to return to jehovah's org.
based on the new garlic bread parable in this month's broadcast with the illustration using loaves of bread.
it is obvious that the doors of the arc has been closed shut by jehovah's hand for some of us.. according to the new parable that can be found on jw tv.

@Fisherman:
The Bible records how Jehovah curses and plagues and becomes at war with and even exterminates any entity that threatens or causes any harm whatsoever to his friends.
Question: Does this apply to the JWs who practice shunning others for leaving the Society? Will YHWH exterminate these people for the threats and harm done to His adopted children?

I am not mad.
I have forgiven my family.
But I will not sympathize with anyone that shuns another.
People are not a consumable product to be thrown away!!!!
