  so my born-in cousin who recently left the org is looking to start an ex-jw / group instagram based in socal.

  Update after attending one day of a regional. au.

  hi all.. personal experience.

  attended a regional convention in melbourne australia.. saturday attendance,, 1,500 approx.. baptism,, 11. about 8 born ins ,,, all 8 under 20yo and 5 under 17.. 3 of the 11 appeared to be over 20 and are not born ins.. sounds about .8% increase ,,, kind of.. the outstanding part of the day was the continual reference to ' are you, can you do more'.

  There was something in a watchtower not too long ago if I remember correctly that compared getting a drivers license to getting baptised. I forget the correlation because it made no sense to me at the time so I dismissed it as soon as it entered my ears.

  is there a legitimate site where this information can be found as i prefer to look it up myself than just go by what other people say.

  that would be no different than running my life according the the wt and i’m done with that..

  Can baptism be considered a legal verbal agreement?

  based on the requirements set forth and the questions answered at the end.

  i believe this question has been asked before.

  the fact that you can only be expelled after having been put under this oath of allegiance and that you have witnesses to you making this agreement ( i remember my name was shout to the crowd when i entered the pool ).. if it can be considered so, would there be a legal ground to say minors can not enter this agreement?.

  As per babygirl30 said, my exact same situation except I’m not DF. I’m really against child baptism. There’s a reason Christ himself was baptised at 30 and he was perfect!!!

  They have a club, definitely. The best 7 out of 144,000 club. Why is it no other anointed matters but those n the GB? Mind you, we recently had a WT study where they said been anointed is simply an invite, not a membership but somehow that doesn't apply to the GB in their castle which resides in the last world power according to the explanation for the prophecy.
