Pointless misdirection indicating you don’t understand this type of literature. The author wasn’t writing a diary as it happened. It was all written later. The ‘vision’ is a narrative device framing the period of ‘denunciation’. Chapter 7 is quite clear about the timing of when 70 years of fasting were reached.

Yes the author was writing a diary as at the beginning of chapters 1 and 7 he gives the time as to when he received the oracle or vision on each occasion then narrates to refers to the past 70 years and current situation with an inquiry about a future relief. Both chapters are quite clear that the 70 years was a past event with a known beginning and end, unlike your thesis which amounts to an unclear end for Zechariah's 70-year period of indignation.
