  i have already gotten an email from someone stating that their gift arrived safely in the mail.

  i thought it would be nice to start a thread where we can post what we got (for those nosey like me who want to know!

  Officially Disassociated Tonight

  steve and i attended our very last meeting this evening.

  i wrote a thread a few weeks ago about our elder visit and their decision to announce that we were disassociated.

  they agreed to wait until we returned from our vacation so i could tell my grandma who still attends via phone link and so she wouldn't have to be alone in her devastation.

  Onacruse and Bikerchic do Las Vegas

  well, i put up a valiant struggle, but katie finally dragged me onto the plane on our way to las vegas for our wedding.. .

  we got to our hotel (the flamingo), and as we walked into our room we saw the message light flashing on the phone.

  " it was room service, said they had something for us, would we be in the room for the next hour?

  here is a pic of me and wildturkey when we were dating, i was 17 and he was 18,,,, not a great picture quality , it was snowing.

  i will never forget that day playing in the snow.

  if ya want to go way back , here is my baby pic,,,,,,,,and yeah , i had my mouth wide open laughing even back then!hehe .

  the other day a foster mom asked if she could talk to me for a moment.

  it seems a little boy i become more than close to here at the school will be up for adoption very soon, as his parents will not be allowed to have contact with him after years worth of thier case being reviewed due to child abuse and neglect.

  she asked me if i would like to raise him and adopt him as my own.

  Heartwarming story, Mr. Moe. I know when I was doing my internship in Child Protection I wanted to take each and every child home with me!

  I do have a question for you though....being that you work in a childcare center (or school or what not), can you post pics of children over the internet? The only reason I ask is that I just renewed my daycare license and I know here, we can not post pics of children w/out parental authorization......not to say that you don't have authorization. Not meaning to upset you.....just very curious.
