Did he have a snake in his computer not so long ago ?
That I am not familiar with, Celia. LOL.....sorry!
i have already gotten an email from someone stating that their gift arrived safely in the mail.
i thought it would be nice to start a thread where we can post what we got (for those nosey like me who want to know!
) and a thank you.. as for me, i haven't even begun yet!

what gets to me is when i hear a story that gets embellished .
it's worse when someone relates the story and i was the original teller of it....what about you?
Lack of common sense.......that drives me bonkers!

5 days to Christmas! I have posted a list of "Secret Santa's" that I haven't heard from. I have sent numerous emails and public postings asking for them to contact me. I searched thru the member list and most have had recent activity on the board.....all but three. I realize it is a busy time of the year, and that may be why their posting activity has slowed down. But none-the-less, I want to make sure that their Christmas gift recipients are not forgotten. So.....what I ask of you fine people, is this.......
In the event that there are three gifts that are not delivered, would anyone be willing to help me out in sending an extra gift? My email is open, so drop me a line. These are the people still waiting for gifts:
So........you guys on the list.......I don't want you to write me saying you will help out! Your job is to be patient.......

I'll tell you, celia, so you don't fall over from exhaustion! lol
I listed 9 "santas" that I needed to hear from yet
...on my desk, these "santas" and recipients are listed on the same line......when I originally copied down the list of those still waiting for their gifts (before editting).....I listed them in the same order as the "Santas"....so you could have matched up names no problem and found out the secret! BUT.....to make sure that you didn't, I edited the list so you have no idea (but you do know that one of these nine people listed above is your "Santa") and I can't say no more! LOL

These are the "Secret Santas" that I haven't heard from yet.......please email me when you get the chance and let me know if your gifts have been mailed out so that I can pass on the info. Thanks!

celia...........because lovesdubs already received her gift from yersu awhile ago and kelpie's has been sent already as well as dawn's (she may have received hers already....things are starting to run together )
As of my notes, these are the ones that are waiting for gifts that I haven't heard anything about yet:
Edited to jumble up the names so celia wouldn't figure out who her secret santa is!

i wish to register a strenuous complaint.
bought a bottle of my favourite wine last night, removed the aluminium cover off the neck and saw that it didnt have a cork, but it had a plastic pseudo thing inserted in the neck cunningly disguised so as to have the "appearance" of a cork.
so i wound the cork screw in.
see, Lilacs.....you got it! You are a true Minesootan!
(talking to myself know to see if I really sound like that........... )

well, it went sorta shaky today i guess.
this is a temp service job interview and gives job placements for those who match interests between employer and employee.. i told the interviewer that i am deaf and can read lips, but problem was he wasn't making it easy for me.
his lips moved faster than the tansmania devil that i had to slow him down a good number of times.
I LOVE my book of Home Remedies........it is an older edition by the editors of Prevention Magazine. I use it often.......
