  Joined a church, now im getting love bombed.

  about a year ago i started going to a local christain church.

  they were good to me.

  i missed the the jw type of always find some one to hang around with.

  Yes I am "packin" just as over 3 million americans. Most of the worst crimes are commited in GFZ

  Wonder why you got dislikes. GFZ are schools, federal buildings, places where alcohol is primarily served. (bars,clubs), and they are the worst spots.

  would you stop doing business with anyone simply because you disagree with their politics?

  in california, in and out burger, democrats were being told not to support the chain because they donated to republicans.. will politics affect your spending habits?.

  It does if the company is attempting to silence or push political views

  When companies announce, "We are no longer doing business with these people because they supported Trump, etc" thinking they'll get more business, I'll refrain and hope they hurt themselves.

  Or Target, "If a grown man wants to walk in the store and say he is a women that day, we will let him in the restroom or dressing room with your daughter, and if you don't like it, you're a hateful phobic bigot" - that turned out well for them, they lost a LOT of business and stock value.

  Nike is crap. I should start a shoe company. Most shoes and sneakers sold are absolute junk, not worth $10. Fall apart within a few months, etc.

  Even more stupid was a recent interview with the main jw lawyer at broadcasting, telling that his wife warned him that higher education changed him negative and hé had to watch out.

  He had to 'fake' that so he could get his high pay client

  We find ourselves in atemporary situation where we are about 34.5 crores short of what is needed until the old branch is sold. Once we get the money and build the new branch with your free labor, when the old branch is sold, we will lovingly keep and transfer that money to the USA headquarters to lovingly provide needed comforts for the GB. In about 5 years after building the new branch, and with your generous free labor, we will sell the new branch for a nice profit and send those funds to the GB as well and tell you that the branch is no longer needed since everything can be printed from JW.org.

  Why are public schools allowed? Why is education through high school allowed?

  "Don't get higher education, don't do anything to increase your pay, work 40 to 80 hours a week and struggle with bills, and don't forget to get some high limit credit cards so you can make large regular contributions too!"

  if your son or daughter were badly burned, he or she would require regular whole blood transfusions.

  as a good jehovah's witness, it is your duty to refuse this procedure and watch your child die instead.

  Jesus healed on the sabbath. That principle alone means blood transfusions to save a life would take priority to stance on blood.

  i came upon information that seraphim also translates to serpent.

  i have long thought the old testament does not mean what most religions have interpreted.

  If seraphim translates to serpent and if satan or opposer or other entities, the dragon or serpent in revelation, etc......

  Then the fiery serpents that bite the israelites in the wilderness, fiery seraphim. the serpent in the garden of eden is a seraphim. Seraphim are described as fiery.

  Anybody read hebrew here?

  i’m sorry that i talk about dating a lot, i know it is probably very annoying, but you don’t have to read it.

  but did anyone else have the most difficult time dating as a young jw?

  me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year in half, we are in our early 20’s, and we are still not allowed to hold hands, cuddle or kiss.

  My sister married a guy who didn't want sex with her at all. She ended up so desperate she had sex with a stranger. She was the one publicly reproved not him. He might be gay or asexual, not marriage material, not to a woman anyway. Of course being a JW she didn't find out until they were married. She's been miserable with him for over forty years. Don't do that!

  Wow, how old was he? I usually hear that about females in younger years then it reverses as get older. I knew of one guy who married a virgin and was married to her for about 20 years. First time they had sex she didn't like it, said it felt like poop or something. They only did it 2 or 3 times in their entire marriage. Another guy got married so he could have sex w/ his gf, and he told me later one he was lucky if he got laid once a month. (Those were all JWs) when I got out, I started to hear about guys. Females in 40s to 60's who never get anything from their husbands.

  I say live with who you intend to marry. Then you'll have a good idea if you are sexually compatible. If both are in the mood or dtf and no stress on that level it's good. If one is always feeling pressuring or too much or too little then won't be good.

  Like another said, would suck to find out not sexually compatible. And unless your bf is leaving the religion or feels like you do, you're in for a big mess if you continue. You also don't know him at all. When alone with somebody things are different, aside from physical, how you interact, etc.
