Wrong assumption from the start.
You ASSUME. To have a REAL discussion, you must deal with FACTS.

TD- those were PRE-historic times.
The fact that there was an original man & woman is confirmed by genetics, I believe, and is just a matter of common sense. But you're statement " The idea of an animal population going down to a single breeding pair is ridiculous" is so TRUE!

The "Trinity" is not Biblical.
by Revealed insimple.. you cannot find the word there (or many of the comical variations such as: a triune godhead, the triunity, co-equal god beings, godhead, a hypostaic union, divine essences, divine natures, a god-the-son, a god-the-ghost, hypostasis, homoousios, perichoresis , a godman, omnipresence, incarnation, a god who is a sacred mystery, a god 'in three persons', dual natures, a reincarnate god, a first person of the trinity, a second person of the trinity, a third person of the trinity, godness, a tri-unity or a multipersonal god), or any of the so-mentioned aspects.. jehovah identified himself (not 'themselves") as on one god, as did jesus and all the prophets.
.
so, come, let us know of the simple twists of the clergy!.

Mr V- I really appreciated that reference! I feel somewhat differently, however.
I realize that Israel underwent changes, and they are too. After all, they were responsible for me learning the TRUTH, despite their misconceptions. Now that being said; they dumbed by the translation, the meetings, and caved in to the government propaganda.
So, I wait for the day when they are faithful again...

Who or What is the Holy Spirit?
by FusionTheism intradition within christianity has long been that any time the phrases holy spirit, holy ghost, or spirit of godare used in the bible (especially in the new testament), it always refers to the mysterious third divine person of the trinity, who is fully god, co-equal to the father and son, yet somehow distinct.. i want to present a simplified alternative view: let the context determine the meaning!.
(one thing to keep in mind is that the meaning of the bible words used for spirit basically is unseen force or invisible presence.).
the holy spirit as the mind and personality of god.

Most overlook what the words "spirit" and "spiritual" mean!
A disgusting example, JWs are told that they are given "Spiritual Food" from the GB!
Anyone know what "spiritual" means in the Biblical sense?
(You don't need to whip out Bible Dictionaries)
