Perry, the bible implies that the creator handcrafted each species and then perhaps did a quick remodel to account for the fall, and again after the flood.
creation, origins are more subtle than that. Bible writers underestimated the ingenuity displayed in nature. how about a build-in automatic development process that has the potential to produce life to most efficiently fit into any opening niche? Nietzsche?
from nothing? balanced potential energy, time might be fundamental.

by schnell inout of morbid curiosity, i would like to here reduce the digits of the lifetimes stated in genesis chapter 5. it is clear that no human being has ever lived that long, and perhaps there is some numerological meaning to these numbers rather than literal history.
7 after he became the father of enosh, seth lived 807 years and had other sons and daughters.
10 after he became the father of kenan, enosh lived 815 years and had other sons and daughters.

I am fascinated with numerology written in the planets (wandering stars). in the Bode sequence the Earth is 10. count it on your fingers.

by joey jojo init has been 21 years since the 1995 article that pretty much buried the idea of the '1914 generation'.. remember those guys?
the ones born in 1914 that would still be alive when the end of the system arrived.. i'm glad i'm old enough to remember going from door to door, preaching this belief.
the reason i say that is because i have a lot of 'still in' jw friends and family.

In the last 2 wt studies, the GB has repudiated what they taught about the first 4 years of that generation; the anointed one, remember?
Prologos above is wrong, according to the GB at least, : it will not be an endless generation, the anointed will end before the end.
The "millions will never die" of 1918, the endless generation (non anointed) , is almost gone, unless the GB starts overlapping them too.
talking snakes were a short-lived phenomenon too.
