  what will the world be like once this pandemic is over?

  the world has been through this before, in the form of the bubonic plague and it left changes to life still felt today, especially in regards to the economic system.

  so many people dying meant a smaller working class that meant their skills and labour was suddenly more valuable which in turn raised wages.

  I do think that a lot of industry will move back to the states. Trump should push a law that anything that is used in hospitals, pharma, and first responders is to be made in the USA only.

  hi, just curious to know if anyone knows of witnesses not applauding the nhs on thursday night.

  all i know is for some reason my mum and aunt only went out to listen but didn’t take part in the applause.

  not sure if they were just being strange or if there has been instruction not to take part.

  This is one area I totally disagree with Republicans in the USA on. We need a NHS style system here. I can see not letting people here on vacation from other parts of the world or illegals getting in on it. But for our citizens we need a national health care system. The right is off its rocker with a system that was started to get people to go to work for their company's during WW2. Its outdated and never was a fix to any problem.

  This is what JWs do they predict then try to put square pegs in round holes like they did in 1914. They predicted the end of the world but WW1 started so that was the prediction. They have baited and switched so many times is disgusting. This is not the GT. Even if one believes this crap this is not what they have preached over the years. Pestilence was a part of the whole of the GT not the main show. Remember it was to start with peace and security being touted by the governments. I don't think anyone is saying that right now. Its pure BS from the cult. If they are calling this the GT it shows how pent up their desperation has been. Grasping at straws.

  Wait even during the 1918 Spanish flu there was only about 3 billion people. We are starting form almost 8 billion. So not to diminish anyone's death but if a billion people died we would be fine going forward. The biggest issue will be getting the economic systems up and running. I don't see it taking long. Unless this evolves into something highly deadly my guess is inside a year this will be history

  I think he is doing the best he can. If its a good or bad job no one will know till its over and you can look back on it. I am sure there will be places no matter who is calling the shots that there could have been improvement.No one is going to make all the right choices. What goes through my mind is there have been many out breaks and no government has went into panic this fast. What does the government know they are not telling us?

  as i have stated in other posts i voted for trump because he said he would crack down on illegals while the left was trying to open the flood gates and let them in to destroy the nation.

  was he the one i wanted in 16, no i was hoping for cruz.

  he is arrogant but smart and somewhat polished and had many views like i do.

  Some of the comments here is the epitome the problems in politics. If you don't agree with someone 100% then you are not "one of us". Its total bull shit. Does not matter if you are on the left or right. When you set litmus tests or purity tests you are a fool. If you don't agree a woman can have an abortion at time of birth you are not one of us, if you think women should never have the right to an abortion you are not one of us. You idiots who think your way is the right way for everyone need to STFU. You do not have the right to tell others how to live. I don't need some liberal telling me what kind of gun I can have or own. I don't need some Right wing nut telling me if I am not a Christian I am going to hell. Believe what you want stop telling others they have to buy your ideas also or you want to pass laws to force them to. Don't want an abortion don't get one. Don't like guns don't buy one. The left ran the most disgusting, abrasive, annoying loud mouth skankles Clinton and it was a no contest for me. Do I cringe when Trump says hyperbole? Yep I do. But I don't judge him on his ramblings that really are just rude and not well thought through. I judge him on what he does not what the liars at CNN or PMSNBC say. I don't agree with Trump on his every thought. But over all he is better than other candidates that have run for the job. Take Romney, he is a rich boy [and I know Trump is also] that has never worked a day in his life, belongs to a cult, and is one limp dick of a person. He was the classic I will tell you what you want to hear then do what I want. Obama who I voted for because I was not happy with W who I also voted for, for going into Iraq and not thinking that one through. He gave Iran the middle east in that move. Obama turned to his true colors when he was voted in to blame the white guy first, the cops are the bad ones and more of the tired old liberal crap. I lived through the Jimmy Carter years where he was such a limp dick and still is that he could not take care of Iran when they perpetrated and act of war on the USA in 79. I listen to talk radio and I agree with things the right believe in, but when they call out the Democrats for untiring the Japanese its BS. There is much more to it than being an armchair quarterback. When they call FDR a Socialist or LBJ a Socialist for Medicare I get ticked off. Also I liked Reagan and did not vote I was just 18 at the time but I heard his BS record on Medicare was going to destroy the USA as we knew it. That was pure propaganda even though I liked Reagan on many of his ideas. We have let the radicals take over our country and you have the right that want to make you go to church and believe that a church will take care of you when you are sick or the left that wants to take down crosses in memorial to WW1 because they are so narrow minded. The same people on the right who want to jail people on the left for bombings like the Weathermen carried out will jump for joy when a Dr is shot in the back of the head in his church because he preforms abortions. I get so sick of this ideological crap.

  If you want to believe in god that is your right to freely do so, Its my right to own a gun and shoot, any guy I want, Its the right of a woman to have an abortion in the first trimester when its not a life but a pile of goo, but then you have the idiots on the left who want to have the right to have a baby that is born and if the mother decides to kill it they snip its neck. no fucking way. I have found in my life travels the common sense is anything but common. You have people on the left who want to take down monuments to men and women who fought and died for a cause of the civil war. Good god people its 165 years ago leave it alone. Or some on the far right who want to bring back segregation. Even freedom of speech is under attack by both sides if you don't agree with them.   yes this could very much be a reality in the following months, the washtowel will spin this corona crisis this way using isaiah 26 : 20 " go my people enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until this wrath has passed by".. as it is they seem so hyped up about the gt !.

  i will be surprised if after this crisis is over they will literally use this verse to cover over why this was not the final day of the final days of the end of the end of the short end times!.
