What I dont think if fair in this whole event is that those officers being labeled as racist murders .
I would call bullshit on that !
anyone following the derek chauvin trial?.
if you are actually following it, not just listening to the media, you will likely realize that there is a huge gap between what is going on in court and what is being reported in the media.. if the trial was fair, i think he should be acquitted.
there is plenty of reasonable doubt about the cause of death (his dealer doesn't want to testify because he could be guilty of 3rd degree murder for selling him a fatal amount of fentanyl) and even doubt over whether the officer even had his knee on the guys neck or did anything counter to what they were meant to do as per policy.. but is it fair?

The question at hand is did the police use dangerous over use of force in subduing G Floyd ?
All indicators that have come forward is that seems to be the case, supported by doctors and even the police chief who those police officers were working under.

George Floyd died of a lack of oxygen from being pinned to the pavement with a knee on his neck, a medical expert testified at former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin’s murder trial on Thursday, rejecting Chauvin’s defence theory that drug use and underlying health problems killed Floyd.
“A healthy person subjected to what Mr Floyd was subjected to, would have died,” said prosecution witness Dr Martin Tobin, a lung and critical care specialist at a veterans hospital and medical school in Chicago.

41 well, as elizabeth heard the greeting of mary, the infant in her womb leaped, and elizabeth was filled with holy spirit 42 and loudly cried out: “blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruitage of your womb!
43 so how is it that this privilege is mine, to have the mother of my lord come to me?
Well going off the bible-rules, she'd have to marry him and then 'enjoy' the rest of her life being raped by her rapist owner.
Yeah, it's such a good moral book isn't it?! (not)
Good catch Simon
The ancient Hebrew laws of social behavior were so right and just weren't they ?
Let me rephrase the question to ....
Should a young innocent girl have to go through child birth and bring a up a child that a rapist inflicted onto her, keeping a constant reminder of how that pregnancy occurred to herself and latter maybe to that child. ?
Lets use your defined Christian moral standard which you express and uphold to make this decision as in the commandment toward love among your selves as you would be treated likewise.
ummm ..... gets a little difficult doesn't it ?
remember when the public speaker in the kingdom hall or convention related the ten plagues and the parting of the red sea?.
the finale when jehovah closes the red sea and swallows pharaoh's entire army of egyptian men.. when i was a little kid about 5 years old and listened to this story, i would think---wow jehovah is strong.
when i started school and started learning compassion as early as the first grade i started wondering?????.
How many Egyptian chariots and spears have been recovered from the bottom of the Red Sea?
Answer = They were most likely being transferred to other locations for numerous reasons, one being for sale
Thinking in the confines of intellectual honesty and truth.
Mythological story telling is what most ancient civilizations did, including the ancient Hebrews. ie. the days of creation, Noah's flood, the coming Messiah, Armageddon
whether they go back to door-to-door or not, what will be different?
do you think there will be a noticeable drop-off in attendance as we have read on here that many have left or faded?
will there be a mass selling of halls?
Valid point Steel
Fear has always been a marketing commodity which the WTS has used repetitively.
This pandemic could be exploited toward creating emotional fear and alertness, back it up by the acceptance and believably in the Holy bible and wallah you have new interested converts.
The WTS has had a lot of practice in the past promoting fear and utilizing that fear to lure in new coverts.

Seems like they were being distracted by on looking pedestrians shouting at them which took away their focus to what was happening.
Following up on that, if that was the case, shouldn't that be put into consideration involving the penalties which are going to be imposed ?
And wouldn't that be justifiable to charge those citizens with interference and obstruction toward the police while they were actively carrying out their duties ?

Real in depth information about the JWS is now available on the net which is a real problem for the WTS/JWS
Where there is power and money there will be zeal as well self serving corruption and targeted agendas.

however, what do you think would be the more noble or the better way? To abort your grandchild,
aww that old switcheroo of replacing a growing fetus as being a fulling grow child born out of love and intention.
I know what I'd want them to do. And that would be to make the better choice.
So its just about your own appealing selfishness that you would want your daughter to keep the fetus to full birth.
So you would want your daughter to born a child that she never wanted, that continuously reminds her what cased this birth/pregnancy for the rest of her life and to be a responsible parent and mother to this child as well.
Sounds like you really dont love your daughter very much, not at least more than having power over other people's lives.
You sure are a godly man then full of sanctimonious self righteousness vindication.

In this particular incident its surprising that the cops didn't take notice that Floyd had blacked out limp but they kept holding him down on the ground with their knees ??
