The fact is the WTS and its top leaders were fear mongering charlatans who made and proclaimed doctrines like Armageddon is soon to attract attention to the literature they published but also mentally control people, they were subsequently successful with both agendas.

Don't take my booze!
by David.L.Henson ina direct confirmation that judge joseph rutherford, 2nd president of the watchtower organization, had a weak spot for good whisky, can be found in the following hilarious watch tower article.. the u.s. congress had passed the spirit prohibition law, and the judge was absolutely furious that these "servants of satan" tried to take his booze away.. the watch tower, which according to fred franz had jehovah as editor during these days, directly stated that christians could not "participate in" such a prohibition.
in other words, they had to smuggle and drink booze to be loyal to god.
the jws are unfortunately a much more boring sect these days.. the watchtower, november 1, 1924prohibition.

Rutherford was a man who wanted to live as a Prince or King, the lavish home and Cadillacs proved that, drinking any kind of liquor he wanted was also seen as one of his privileges.
He assumed and portrayed the power of the almighty being god's chosen one, essentially above worldly governments, hence he poo pooed over the prohibition laws concerning alcohol.

Good quality whiskey is a provision by god and no man should come between that or uphold its consumption.
Ask A. Morris he would agree with that wholeheartedly .

Do you think the number could be higher? Lower?
Or do you think they really don't know and are just guessing on that number?
I'm guessing lower and I doubt they were actually documenting every case or situation.

It's VERY DIFFICULT for some JWs to accept the Truth-------But for other not so much------WHY?
by pistolpete inwhat is it about some jws that they can't see the flip-flops of the wt's changing doctrine?.
some of the flip-flops involved the death of many of it's members, and it was not even biblical based.
yet for some reason they can't seem to grasp the significance of the matter.

Whatever authority people may arrogate to themselves, you do not have to accept their conclusions if they contradict God, ignore his Word, and violate common sense.
That pretty much identifies the top GB men of the WTS/JWS exactly to their actions for the past 100 years or more .
Those evil false prophet charlatans

B_D you better make it clear to your mother that you don't want any religious activity around your daughter, such as praying or talking about God ..etc etc.
Your going to have to make a firm and clear understanding when your daughter is visiting or that visiting arrangement will be cut off.
Harsh perhaps but this is harsh highly controlling cult that your mother is in, so you have to take firm counter measures.

Overweight Jehovah’s Witnesses
by minimus inwhat was your kingdom hall like when it came to overweight witnesses?
i remember counseling some people on their drinking habits.
a few snickered that if we were going to counsel them because they have had way too many at a wedding reception, what about very overweight witnesses that have a lifestyle of overindulgence?

Obesity gets a pass in the JWS religion and probably will in the near future for many of the top GB men are obese.
Booze also gets a pass, here is a picture of GB member (Obese) Anthony Morris at a liquor store picking up a box of expensive whiskey..

The WTS/JWS has made a long list of supposed times for Armageddon going back to the first time of 1914 .
Thats the mental game this organization plays onto people minds, these men use and exploit the existing belief in the bible to support their dating.
These kind of men/false prophets are actually identified in the bible and the bible says do not listen to these men.

Kimmy the JWS religion was created by men who ran a religious publishing company called the Watchtower Corporation.
These men were really false prophet apostates who created religious doctrines to enhance the proliferation of the literature they published. This was the inherent start of the lies and corruption which facilitated exploiting and manipulating people to those men's will, agenda and desires.
That instilled rooted corruption is still with the top leading men (GB) of the organization today for they have the power and control over the organization..
They aren't and never were sincere loyal servants of Jehovah or Jesus because they have directly opposed Jesus's instructions for preaching his gospel of a new Kingdom to come.
Preaching a false commercialized version of the gospel of Jesus is never going to make toward someone's personal salvation as a devoted Christian, it just makes you a sinning apostate scripturaly.
