The WTS created a Gospel of Jesus that wasn't scripturaly accurate or honest.

I see Rutherford as a opportunistic con man who lived the best life possible while being a money and power grabbing religoius charlatan.
His personal endeavors created a dangerous and harmful religious cult called the JWS.
What happens when people follow these kinds of men are now documented into history along with all the damage they caused.

charles t. russell, age of 13, joined the congregational church (dumped presbyterian).. he went (like girl scouts are sent out with cookies to sell) door to door to raise money for the church.. russell hated fundraising.
he had to ask poor people to part with their money.
Jws are just people who bought and accepted the delusions of the men running the WTS., delusions that were essentially fighting time and reality, time and reality eventually won.
i ran across a pretty early treatise.
we were all taught that "real" christianity was lost to history and was only restored once russell and then rutherford restored it so that the wt could be appointed as god's "mouthpiece".
but, aristides wrote to the emperor hadrian and gave a pretty good synopsis of core christian belief in 125 ad.
Of course the Org says that the " real " Christianity was lost, so that they could find it !
And so they turned it into a false prophet commercialized $$$ version.

Regarding the claims posted by people on this site of Rutherford having
been a drunkard and sexually immoral, what documented proof (if any) is there of such claims?
Well its documented that he was separated from his wife right up until his death,
His live in female assistant which the name escapes me, claimed in court regarding a dispute over his will that she was very much his wife until his death.
As a result it doesn't take much imagination to connect the dots to their personal relationship..
