Interesting to see how people here judge a person they do not know in a field they have no competence in because they do not like the message he delivers from a position of expertise.

Do you think “Eventually” the Whole World will become Socialist?

instead i am referring to “leaders” being rich and powerful, whereas the ordinary citizen being poor, and powerless.. i was surprise that the majority of the world is run by socialist government.
the last few countries that are not socialist are the united states and parts of europe.

If you read the history of the first settlers of the American Continent from Europe, you find that they tried this socialism and it was failing and would end up in death and disaster.
I learnt that many US settlers were persecuted in their home countries and that is why they (and their descendants) are suspicous about state and government in general. So, I doubt that they tried socialism but have been emphasizing freedom and lack of government interference.

Actually, there is a misunderstanding about the list referred to. There is a note at the beginning of the article "This article is about self-proclaimed socialist states."
The same would be misleading about self-proclaimed democratic states like "Democratic Republik of Korea" and "German Democratic Republic".
There are many dictorship that call themselves "democratic" or "socialist" because it sounds good. Do not look at lables but at actions.
