Many predicted I would be DF since this CO visit but I slipped the noose , I'm moving house in next 3 weeks then I will be free of any lynching procedures. Just an update.

45CO visits me today
by Chook ini'm at home and hear knock on door , i sneak and look i see two men and recognise one voice and go back into lonunge and ask wife ( who is inactive believer) does she want to speak to elders ,she says no ,then literally 3 minutes has pasted another knock the 3 minutes seemed like an eternity.
so brave heart me think fuck it i'll answer ,i invite them in for coffee, i recognise one older man he is a unique elder who i genuinely was fond of when i was in his name is andrew ,the other guy i didn't recognise we will call harry ( not real name australia doesn't have that many cos with his same name).
so i think to myself i will tread lightly and not cause to much of a fuss for the wife's sake, but my personality is very the opposite of treading lightly ,as you read my threads you will realise i'm not timid.

Greenlees, Chapman and Chitty

New Here
by Red.tomato inhi everyone, this is my first post .. it takes a little bit of courage to do it, i have to admit and even thought i have been lurking for some time as time goes by it gets more and more difficult to keep attending meetings and just been around the friends in the congregation.
ever since i learned about the arc something inside of me just broke and it feels pretty hollow, now i pay attention to every single form of manipulation in every direction, what difference it makes with the catholic church or with any other religions ?
i wonder why the publishers are under obligation to report about their lives and decisions to the elders but they don´t keep informed the congregation about what´s going on legally other than russia.

Is JW.org unbreakable

let's face it, despite all the books, videos, forums, court cases, hearings, protests etc that have been exposing the society for many years.
jw.org continues to roll on almost 'it seems' unscathed.. for example, just walk into any kingdom hall there is not so much as a whisper about anything that has been exposed outside of jw land.

I think the numbers will stagnate or shrink going forward , the real panic stations will be when they consider getting rid of some doctrinal issues that hinder increase, biggest sign of their demise is no longer reporting hours when and if they do this field service will cease . Making blood a full conscience matter and a reversal of DF procedures. Any one of these 3 if ever takes place the religion will have been brought to shadow of itself.

PE your sunny days are getting brighter , your brother will still need to develop a hatred for cult control tactics but he is on right path , at least he has a good brother, you never know mum and dad might look into JW history and wake up. This brother has come a long way in a short time , at least he won't shun you. Everyone on hear is very happy for you.

I could dwell on a wasted 27 years or be grateful they get no more. We bred children while in the church, attended funerals , even when we leave we still keep some decent things but just the generic kindness principles.
