  i will relay main points but the order is not necessarily correct.

  he wants to visit with an other elder ( i live in two states 2/3 of time in a new house in their territory, but they don't know address yet ).

I say are you inquiring to lynch me to which he replies with the old " we are trying to save the Chook ". I said why do you need an accomplice to visit me if you are personally interested in my welfare, I said if you want an second eye witness that you could be on loudspeaker for all I know ?

  This guy genuinely believes the cult , and he has done no objective research on this religion. They honestly believe they are there to save or bury . I think it's like a wild bird hunt and the chook is dinner. I should of remembered an said I don't negotiate with terrorists that would of sealed the fate. The subject of apostasy rose to which I defended freedom of speech based on know facts .

  Ask them where is their bunker located and why would you need a bunker if Jah is protecting only you ? I used to worry about this whole do I have gods favour or not but I have done an honest examination of Jw history and on their record lying , so if God hates lies and the upper echelons of this church lie then I know from the deepest parts of my heart, that if there is a god and he gets angry and he is a lover of justice, then he will fry the governing bodies arse.

  Do You Think Jehovah's Witnesses Are Typically Ignorant People?

  i think most witnesses are simple minded.many are ignorant.

  there are a lot of basically "good people "in the religion but i believe many are kind of dumb, including many elders.

  I really feel sorry for those born into jwland and to have been mentally manipulated from a young age. I feel guilty that I tried to persuade my children , which thank god did not take up the cult teachings. The Jw teachings don't stand up under close scrutiny, but the problem exists because of cognitive dissonance which ALL believing Jw are still under this spell. As to " are JWs ignorant " they invented the word ignorant.

  when you were an active member in the jwland, did you expect to receive any kind of help from a brother/sister, but they did not help you?

  when i was in the jwland, i expected and was my belief that any brother/sister will help you in time of need, distress or trouble, because we were part of a "lovely organization".

  but countless of times when i needed and asked for help, nobody from the org helped me.

  Their help system is priority based on church positions. If the COs cars broke down , well their would be ample funds and assistance, but if some old half crazy sister with no family had money problems, they would often overlook the needs of these fringe sisters or brothers ,you know the eccentric ones. If charity starts at home then the Jw church is fundamentally lacking.

  When it comes to give and take, all people have a limit to how much return of good deeds they dish out based on a whole give and take relationship. All relationships are give and take, it's all about tolerance . I generally think you can't go wrong doing something nice for someone who don't have the ability to repay. If we give and expect to get back the equivalent, your going to have a miserable life.

  As to JWs and there help amongst themselves , I don't think it would be any better than belonging to your local 4wd club. The biggest problem with the JWs is the church extracts all the free time for theocratic activities , so the average Jw is so overwhelmed with work and family chores then in their mind believe going to the meetings is not negotiable so we have a person that believes they are serving god but have no time to give outside their comfort zones. Remember 5 meetings of brainwashing week in week out leaves no room for self examination.

  I bet Serena wouldn't allow a tell all interview about her church and the view of premarital sex. Imagine a reporter asking is she allowing her children to have a Jw baptism and religious education. We need a snapshot of big Tony with his arm around Serena that would be a classic.

  Imagine a 14 year old baptised girl having to relay her viewing habits to a group of old men who have all masterbated, then they inquire about her strange feelings down there. The indoctrinated parents who really believe elders are gods representative march their kids to the confessional to their own children's demise.   The problem with the bible you can find a scripture to support any conduct. With Jesus declaring that he came to divide, wt corp can justify anything. All courts should be a fact based process, but a judicial committee has chosen anything that mothership says as facts which means injustice is sure to follow. This church has mastered family destruction on a level that has few peers.

  these people won't state anything definitively, but here's an excerpt from the study article entitled "making christian marriage a success", in the august, 2016 watchtower.

  it does make me wonder.. although the bible does not provide specific rules about the kinds and limits of love play that might be associated with natural, sexual intimacy, it mentions displays of affection.

  (song of solomon 1:2; 2:6) christian marriage partners should treat each other with tenderness.

  jehovahs witnesses have been outspoken over the years/decades that christendom have been hiding or obscuring or even eliminating gods name jehovah from the general public.. how true is that statement .?.

  1. it was a catholic monk of the 13th century that first coined the name jehovah in the english language.. 2.the roman catholic douay version of the bible does have the name jehovah in it.
