Kc323 it’s not about protecting a third party it about reporting. The fact is if someone knows a person is abusing a child and does not report that person is a scum bag and should be held accountable period, clergy or not!

New Covenant in this week's coverage
by waton inunexplained features: the covenant was with all of "gods people" not just the priests or kings.
the new covenant wt style be made only with the 144 000 king priests and not all members of the "israel of god" ?.
if the new covenant is for the "forgiveness of sin" why is only .01 % of wt members covered by it?

Kingdom Halls are not easy to sell. If a church wants to buy it there’s special financing involved if they want a loan, these loans are not easy to get. Of course the building could always be used for something else but again how many businesses want a building with this kind of lay out? Not many. It’s not uncommon for a church for sale or a building like this to be for sale more then a year.

Another thing to note is yes there seems to be some evidence that the god Yahweh may have changed from El to another god from the desert south of Judah but it’s also let’s not forget that the original name for the city of Jerusalem is related to another Canaanite deity and the Solomon’s temple if built has the same construction style as those built in Egypt’s and even one in northern Syria. Even descriptions of the Ark of the covenant is similar to the Egyptian Bark of Ammon.

The earliest Hebrew spelling of gods name was El. This was thought only to be a title until they found the city of Ugarit in 1929 where they discovered the head god of the pantheon of Canaanites named El. Writing there described this god in many of the same way Jehovah is described in the Bible. The word Adonai is also more common in the Bible for gods name then people think. YHWH could mean anything and is not a shortening of gods name in my opinion, in fact some believe this is a title for several gods in the pantheon.
I think the Jews were heavily influenced by their neighbors and not all the Jews worshiped the same god. There’s proof they worshiped Baal, ashurah, RA, Iao, Marduk, Helios just to name a few.
Also many of the Bible texts may not have been speaking about the same god but at a later date were edited to make seam as though it was.

Few observations made at the RC
by Crazyguy2 inonce again the mention of jesus was or has been very little this truly is an old testament cult with some sprinkles of pauline writings to help them in their doctrines.
i also noticed how mixed up the congregations are at this and probably other rcs.
some of the local congregations are here near the rcs site but also ones almost 100 miles away as well , yet other local congregations are not scheduled at this time.

The amount of attendants is just plain stupidly overwhelming along with their Paranoia, staring at the crowd during prayer as one of example. I also notice brothers counting cars. This is their own private assembly hall but I wonder if their going to start charging for parking in the future.
The constant talks about loving and how to treat others but only in the congregations is really getting old. They obviously don’t care about anyone outside the cult.
I must say for from a person that doesn’t believe in any thing biblical the baptism talk is an improvement from those in the past, didn’t catch if the new questions were used or not. Anyway just a few more hours of this BS and I’ll be done. About 1200 hundred in attendance and about a dozen baptized. This place won’t hold more the 1500 tops so not massively packed but again holiday weekend I too wish I wasn’t here.

I have worked at Chelmsford
by Val2020 ini have worked at chelmsford .
everybody seems so happy, but i couldn’t help wondering why all these volunteers give up their time and money, working for free for the future bethelites to live in such luxury .
all all the volunteers working there now will be kicked out on the street next year, with the lucky few laughing at the poor suckers who irked for free making this new bethel so amazing .

I just don’t see why they need such a place, they can run the whole religion and even make videos in just a small office building with only a hand full of rooms.
