It sounds as though MST (Ministerial Training School?) was Evans pinnacle of prestige. I read at this link that the MTS was 8 1/2 weeks long. https://www.jehovahs-witness.com/topic/159793/mts-school
Maybe they made it shorter at some point? The description of the program sounds to me like the Society was being lied to by bodies of elders in various congregations, so they "trained" men to go into those congregations as spies for Watchtower, to get a different perspective of what was going on from whatever the congregation elders had been telling the Society.

I'm trying to wrap my mind around this. There must be an irony somewhere in this. Let's see... those being sued by Evans could counter-sue. They could ask Evans to confirm that what he says in his confessional video is true. They would ask him to confirm to the court that he spent money to pay SW's and that he did this every 2 to 3 months over a 3 to 4 year period, as he stated in his video.
If Evans denies the truthfulness of his confessional video before the court, then those he is now suing might find grounds to counter-sue Evans for deceiving them, by his video, into believing that he had paid SW's every 2-3 months for 3-4 years. The acft dot com website says, ""Fraud" is any activity that relies on deception in order to achieve a gain. Fraud becomes a crime when it is a "knowing misrepresentation of the truth or concealment of a material fact to induce another to act to his or her detriment. (Black's Law Dictionary)"

If Evans thinks that sharing that information with the community could, in any way, provide a way for the defendants to better prepare themselves against him or counter his aggression, realizing this could have caused him to change his mind about "sharing". After all, he'd had no intention of sharing out of a desire to be "fair" to those he accuses. Telling his public that he would "share" that information was, rather, intended to elicit admiration from any supporters he has left, and was his form of "saber-rattling" toward those he accuses.
