No. A confession does not mean that Evans regretted his actions. People usually speak of someone having given a "sincere apology", not of having given a "sincere confession". A "sincere confession" would only mean, "Yep. He sure did that!"
But you also said:

Evans is married, but you don't fault him for "going to Thailand and having some fun with women and sex." I hope that a review of what you've written will give you a clue as to the reason for the seven downvotes you've received.

Kim made me have extra gray hairs since last January. She also caused me to have to drink an extra cup of coffee yesterday.

The irony is that a person who claims to be lost, suicidal, and desperate on any given occassion will, with no intervening time or improvement, "change gears" and purport to give someone else advice that is sound, wise, and on course. Evans hails himself as someone who knows exactly what's good for everyone else.
Changing the subject, ...this occurred to me about an hour ago. Tibor never says anything, does he? I wonder if Evans has had Tibor sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement.

Evans should re-write the words to "Blame it on the bossa nova". His new single (same tune, new lyrics) is "Blame it on Kim Silvio".

Each narcissist has a different maneuver for how to get rid of persons who are no longer serving his purpose. And, each narcissist has a maneuver for keeping persons in his service who are useful to him or who bring him pleasure. If or when Dijana and his two children cease to be useful to Evans, then,... if he is a narcissist,... he will likely just disconnect his life from theirs.
