The word "preemptive" occurs to me. I think this was Evan's strategy when he filed charges against anyone standing in his field of vision. He hasn't yet understood that the destruction has already occurred and that he, himself, was the destroyer.

I got a kick out of your post, wannarxit. The image crossed my mind of Evans doing a job interview and asking the human resource person, "And, does this job offer good benefits that cover serious mental therapy?" Can you imagine the look on the face of the human resource person?

Within Simon's post, Evans said:
"When you know you are innocent of damning accusations, you want your name and reputation to be cleared as quickly as possible so that you can move on."
Evans says, "... it is my hope that a full list of examples of exactly how I have been defamed..." will be filed as ammended paperwork, when the court invites his legal team to do that.
So, has that "list of examples" been published somewhere or has a copy of those examples been sent to those he accuses? Did we all somehow "miss seeing" something that is so crucial? Nope. But Evans hopes those examples will be added to his filing later, at the court's invitation.

Yes, Sisak probably has that small town atmosphere where everybody knows everybody,... with a lot of family-oriented people. One would soon exhaust the supply of meaningless encounters.

May I point out,... (or, how should I word this?)... I’m surely just stating the obvious... that when most people say they are “working on their marriage”, it doesn’t mean “by dating other people”. Did I mis-read something Evans said? Or, didn’t he make reference to their separation and seeing how that would work out?

Thank you to the condolence-givers. I was exhausted by the ordeal. I don’t wish a court case on any of my loved ones. Many court cases drag out for a long time, too, draining people of their energy and part of their joy.

Kim, you’re right. I’m intimidated. I went through something in the court system with someone smarter than Evans, who had a better lawyer than Evans, who had WT sabotaging me on his behalf... and, I let WT choose MY attorney for me! If anyone would like to offer condolences to me, all hugs are appreciated. (This was pre-waking up, of course.)
