Ron. W., that would probably be Evans' first time.
Edit: So pleased you liked it, Kim.

Bit coin, check, money order, paypal,... no judgment. That’s what he’s talking about, isn’t it?

Ron. W., the one thing I think we can all be sure of is that Evans will do whatever is most convenient for "Evans", whatever is most advantageous for "Evans", and whatever, in the end, is most satisfying for "Evans".

Thanks, NCC. I do remember clicking on Chrome at some point. When I go back through the rigamarole again, I'll keep that in mind.

I had a friend with two children and a recently ex husband. They were still finalizing the custody arrangements. She told me that, when they all four went to a restaurant and sat in a booth, she let the two children sit on one side together and she sat beside her ex husband. She said that she didn't want to give her children the impression that she couldn't stand him.

It took me an hour, but I did find "channel notifications" under settings, and was able to turn them "on", and see the little "bell" again. There were two "notifications" waiting for me on the "bell". I rejoiced and read them. And then the "bell" disappeared again. And now I can't find "channel notifications" under settings. YouTube just doesn't like me, I guess.

Off-topic, but my little youtube notification “bell” disappeared last week. Now people answer my youtube posts, but I never know they’ve answered me.

Yes, that sounds like the same frustration I had when I wrote to the society about my unjust treatment. The lightbulb moment is realizing that they are a “business”. And the business is only interested in perpetuating “itself”. Justice? Morals? Right and wrong? Ha! We might as well be talking to Alfred E. Neuman of MAD magazine. “What, me worry?”

Bullies can be so skilled at it. Bulies minds just automatically work that way with no effort at all. Lloyd and Dijana made such a cute couple. And now, they have children. Evans holds dominance in every way,... financial (he earns money), emotional (he's got the drive), physical protection (she's dainty). And HE isn't functioning with the pain of a broken heart.
Edit: Welcome, Debra.

Yes, JeffT. And there's really nothing anyone can do about it, except the wife herself. In South America where I lived for twenty years, an indian man could be hitting his woman in the street. But if another man tried to stop him, the indian woman would give a tongue-lashing to the would-be hero, yelling, "Get away from us! I'm his woman, and he can even kill me if he wants to." We had to be warned about this local cultural norm, lest we be attacked by both parties. Apparently, the ritual had the effect of confirming the woman's loyalty to the man and cementing the bond,... at least in her mind.
